my grandfather gives me hell about me watching the Powerpuff Girls...it happens to be my favorite cartoon. :) ..and yea I am 13..and it's a cartoon so what rite???...sometimes old people suck!!!!!!!!!!! :angry:

If you ever get to see a TV show in US called Harry Enfield..watch it, cos theres a character called Kevin the Teenager..and to him everything in life is unfair and out to get him..it's funny cos it's so true of most teenagers.

I don't like the Powerpuff Girls all that much. :confused: Cartoon Network used to have very good cartoons in the 90's (the only time we could receive the channel via satellite), but when I was in England I was sooooo disappointed with their "new" cartoons. What happened to good old stuff like Spider-Man, Tiny Toons etc? *shakes head*

At least Boomerang has stuff like that. :D

 

In Germany it's not a lot different, we got other cartoons, but most of them suck. Except Simpsons, of course. :D Oh, and I think they're showing The Gummibears and Ducktales again. :wink3: :D

 

Down with random Chinese cartoons (except Mila Superstar :P) and things like "Ed, Ed'n Eddy" or whatever it's called!

I never said you were, but most teenagers are, i know i was...its a satirical look at them...you'd probably find it funny and see parts of you in it :)

Oh, what I forgot to say.. it is weird how elder people always think that cartoons can only be watched by small kids. My Dad only has to see that something is a cartoon/not a real life show and he will say it is crap and for children. Then, if I ask him whether he actually knows the show, he'll be like "er no". For some reason the idea that cartoons mustn't be watched by adults is stuck in their heads. :stunned:

But take The Simpsons or Southpark, for example. Is that for small kids? :stunned:

No, the powerpuff girls own, but I don't like Jeff Gordon and I hate agreeing with people I don't like. Oh and Jewel its Japanese cartoons! give credit where its deserved! :D. I never liked "American style" cartoons, they're too... weird. And actually the Powerpuff girls is a completely american made cartoon, sorta "mock anime" style.
