Almost all bootleg listings have been removed and sale has been permanently banned from the website. As someone who occasionally collects bootlegs as well, I think that's a pity. Didn't it actually begin in the X&Y Era ? I know Toronto 2006 (also produced by Done&Dusted, the same company that made Live 2003 and the unreleased Barcelona video) found its way to the internet eventually, unlike the VLV show, but it was also supposed to be a Live DVD and never got released. It's such a shame that two of their best Live Eras (X&Y and VLV) have no DVD.

I never listened to that combination so far but I have to say I'm not surprised. When it came out I thought A L I E N S would both thematically and soundscape-wise fit best into the X&Y Era. Perhaps one of the reasons why I like it so much :heart:

I just heard this particular version of Your World Turns Upside Down for the first time, a recording from Mexico City in 2003. Listen to it, it has a completely different melody in the verses than the one we are used to, and different lyrics (something with perfect symmetry and an apple tree :joy:) I never knew such a version existed. Start with VLV. Not only are the discs cheaper as has been said, but also VLV was the last era where promos and singles are comparatively safe from fakes. (There are lots of fake, counterfeit promos floating around for the MX, GS and AHFOD Eras)

I was totally surprised this morning when the German radio played a part of "Houston #1" ! :D
