I had the weirdest Coldplay dream tonight. -----DREAM------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I dreamt that Coldplay were playing an exclusive small concert, and somehow me and some other people from Coldplaying were invited ! The venue was somewhere close to my home. At the beginning of the dream it was still several hours until the concert, but I had to get ready to travel there. I was looking for a Coldplay disc to take with me to potentially have it signed, but I couldn't find any. The whole apartment was emptied of all Coldplay discs just when I needed one ! I was looking for X&Y at first but in the end I was just desperately looking for any Coldplay disc. But every CD I turned around was by other artists. After a while I had to give up because I had to take the bus to the venue. After arriving there, I managed to get a spot in the third row, but the venue was extremely small (it was like a small attic or classroom !) and I began worrying about the noise level, and that I had forgotten my concert earplugs. We all waited for some time but after a while we received the news that Coldplay could not play in that venue. The organizers sent a bus along and off we all went to another venue. I was worried about my spot, but for the next venue I even managed to get the very last spot in the first row by being quick! After a while, again we were told Coldplay could not play there and we all had to move on, along with the band who however was in a separate car, to find another venue. Now it got even crazier. For some reason, the bus went back to my home and stopped right outside it. The organizers made us come out and told us they had looked everywhere in the area and couldn't find a venue, so they had to cancel the concert. By now it was already midnight. I told them they woud be welcome to play in my tiny home, which were just standing outside of ! The organizers said yes, that would be a good idea. By then my family had gotten out and I explained that Coldplay would have to play the concert at our home because they didn't find any other place and it was the only option. But they said no way, it's in the middle of the night, and the entire village and neighbours would wake up from the noise, and there is no way they would permit Coldplay to play in our home. I was very disappointed and remember I was still bargaining if they could at least play an acoustic concert somehow. Then I woke up. What a completely crazy dream !! _________________________________DREAM_________________________________________________________________________

Hi ! Hopefully some New Yorkers can share their opions as well, but I am gonna tell you from a Non-American's perspective. I went to the first MetLife stadium show last year and I didn't know my way around NYC either because it was my first "real" visit apart from a short one that had only lasted for a few hours. There are two ways to get to MetLife stadium from the center of Manhattan: - New Jersey Transit (train from Penn Station) - Coach USA, a private bus company that runs special buses to events at MetLife stadium, leaves from Port Authority Bus Terminal Penn Station and Port Authority are very close to each other, and close to Times Square, which is lit and busy 24hrs a day and which I always felt safe in because there are lots of people and shops open at night and also a high police presence. Prices were also quite similar ($11/12 for round trip), I took the bus option even though their staff was quite rude because I thought it would be more comfortable and you don't have to change at Seacaucus station. There were many buses and each of them filled with lots of Coldplay fans, all very safe. The buses may take longer than the train to take you home because there will be traffic jams around the venue. Make sure you pick a hotel/accomodation that has a good connection to Penn St or Port Authority, preferably somewhere close to Times Sq if you can afford it. I stayed in Hell's Kitchen for the concert night, I'm a girl and personally did not feel unsafe when I returned home, first with the Subway and then the final couple of streets on foot.
