Another great pop album of this year is Unguarded by Rae Morris imho

With him they made their "wildest" songs of their second part of career. If only Chris would like IDM instead of EDM :/

This post is the result of not living in a democratic society. Free will and judgement is utopia nowadays. A lot of people should learn to accept others' opinions. I will never like MX for example, but I accept that people could like it, the same others should do when somebody says that Amazing Day is shit (and, I repeat, I'm an "oldplayer" and I like it). We are all fans of a band that tries to spread love around the world and we're living our days in this place attacking each other for our opinion. Your concept of peace is very strange

I agree with you all, even if I like Amazing Day actually, it's an ok song imho, nkt a masterpiece obviously. The only reason why I still follow them is because I'm waiting for their last great record. I know that one day they will put out a proper CP record after this poppish period. Something truly experimental for them, not this EDM driven pop that just doesn' fit with them

Btw, it's an average CP song, not the shit someone is saying. Respect for the critic posts, as I am very critic sometimes as well, but this time I disagree. You have to get out of the 'forma mentis' that every song must be a masterpiece technically speaking. One of my favourite music genres is 80s-90s dreampop/ethereal wave, and most of the songs have quite simple structure, but they are just wonderful and classic. Think of Carolyn's Fingers by Cocteau Twins for example or Monochrome by Lush or Catch The Breeze by Slowdive... there is a thing in music that makes a song a masterpiece, and it's not technical skill but soul. If you want technical skill Metal music is more appropriate for you taste
