  1. The B&S Trouble version is something too good to be true. Imho, Oldplay part finish with Christmas Lights and Newplay starts with ETIAW. We can say: Oldplay 1998-2010 As I said in the x&y elimination game, around 2005 they were at their best imho, and when I think about a live performance of that time the first one I remember is Live8 duet with Richard Ashcroft
  2. My favourite era too... around 2005 they were on the top of their career imo. My vote goes for Pour Me
  3. you couldn't say it better
  4. I only make a prediction: the 2nd single they'll put out of AHFOD will be the song Chris said to be "our attempt to make the perfect happy song"
  5. Only to explain better, I'm not that kind of people who says pop is shit. I listen to a huge amount of pop music (obviously I also listen to other genres), but there are different kinds of pop music and some are not so good imho. Coldplay during their last two eras took inspiration from pop music artists I dislike with all my heart, that's why I am so critical about it. If you want an example of how I think good electropop music sounds like, here it is: [video=youtube;dLdhQXqCg2A]
  6. that it doesn't mean it's good for them... IMHO they took the wrong direction in that case and maybe in this too. Just to clarify, I really hope I'm wrong and I'm only overcriticizing and they'll come out with a masterpiece, like every other CPyer.
  7. If that electropop-leadingchoirs stuff is experimenting, Rihanna is as creative as Kate Bush
  8. I slightly agree with you... we can say the same for all the excitement that's around the topic. We can't be sure we'll like the new single. It's fair to say that it's better to be positive about that, but I can't. There are just too many similarities, too much in common with the era that started their downhill phase. My only hope is that they could try to fix that lack of inspiration and creativity by perfecting the last three eras
  9. It will be amazing when they will came back with some real good music instead of the crappy songs they did in that era (except for two or three songs)
  10. Yes, it seems like they've not learned from their mistakes. I'm expecting for a Queen Of India feat. David Guetta
  11. Am I the only one who is very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very..... disappointed?
  12. I agree One day we could do the same topic but for female artists (in this case there's only Florence)
  13. You can do whatever you want, for me it's ok. Since WS was eliminated I played just for fun
  14. Billy Joe Armstrong
  15. good cover ;)
  16. Keep Shelly In Athens - Now I'm Ready
  17. A Rush Of Blood To The Head's got one of the best lyrics of their discography. So I vote for Politik. #arobtthmustwin
