LP7- "A Head Full Of Dreams"
And the melody and structure of the song is very similar to Ride's Dreams Burn Down. I can see it clearly as an inspiration because Jonny is very fond on that kind of music. We can say that it's not their most original song

Ok... here's the hint: "In this song you can hear a word that is used in at least one song of every album" It's very easy

I'm wishing they will use some indian influence since they made that version of Strawberry Swing at London Paralympics Closing Ceremony... there was a man who played sitar

Dan Reynolds P.s. a suggestion: write the name of the band near the name of the frontman to make it easier to choose.

***Coldplay RECORD Elimination Game***
I could say that X&Y is their most intimate and mature album in terms of lyrics and musical style, the right balance between previous eras and the following ones, that the first album where they tried to create their own formula and not trying to emulate their favourite artists (Radiohead in Parachutes and U2 in AROBTTH), except for Speed Of Sound whose story is related to Kate Bush's Running Up That Hill, that is the album which made them an inspiration for other pop groups of the last years (The Script, Kodaline , Imagine Dragons, Amber Run, ecc ecc)... However, the most important fact about it is that X&Y is basically a guilty pleasure: I know that technically they made better albums (AROBTTH and VLVODAAHF), but their souls reside in that album. That's why a lot of fans claim it to be their best.

I just can't choose, all of them are simply gorgeous. My only certainty is that X&Y is my favourite.... I'll go AROBTTH

Where were you on this day 7 years ago?
3rd year of high school, exiting badly from my first relationship. During that time I was listening to a lot of CP, Keane and Jupiter One

I don't understand why there's so much criticism around those who are worried about AHFOD. If you were fair you should also criticise those who are sure that the new album will be amazing, because we haven't listened to anything yet. I prefer having low expectations and then being positively surprised than being disappointed after hearing the whole thing. Some people must grow and know that being critic about something doesn't mean trolling, simply when you love something with all your heart you want it to be perfect, or at least the best possible. My previous posts goes this way, they want to be advices for the band to improve, even if I know they'll never read them. And imho saying always that everything is awesome is the worst thing you can do, it kills ambition, and this is the engine that makes go far a project, a band and anything else. p.s. Didn't want to be offensive, maybe I'm too direct when I speak...
