Well said.

Anyone suprised that Lovers in Japan will be the next single..?
This is my favorite song on the new album and I'm happy it will be the next single. I don't know what all the hype is about for Yes, I think that is the weakest track on the album (sans Chinese Sleep Chant, which is awesome)

Awesome interview.

The WORST song on the album!!!!!!
My favorite song on the album (maybe tied with Cemetaries). I really dig not only the pace of the song, but the constantly-changing sounds of guitar and keyboard in the background, especially in the second half of the song. It really brings a happy mood to this part of the album.

You know, it's growing on me...
The solo at the end is icing on the cake... amazing tune.

Strawberry Swing is supringly my favoritetrack!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
I love this track. I don't really see what people like so much about Yes, it makes me feel uninspired. I love that Chinese Sleep Chant that follows, though - that is a killer ending to the track.

THE TIMES (UK) Viva La Vida Review (+ unseen picture)
Thanks! Good summary...
-
wonder why no Life in Technicolor?
I am convinced it is a plot by the band... distribute early copies of the album that have all but track #1 in album quality. This way, even those that own the leaked version will feel the need to buy the whole album.

MTV.COM Preview of Violet Hill(article)
Great preview. I like, "if you like "Violet Hill," well, then you're gonna love the album. If you hate it, well, you'll still probably love the album. " This is very exciting to hear.

XFM: "Most exciting Coldplay news you'll hear all year on Monday..."
I think that the big news will be the release of an EP or more than one EP to accompany the new album.

Talk (leaked ages ago) vs Proper X&Y Talk
I love how the new one lacks any repetition, something that makes the unreleased Talk sound more like a B-side. I'm happy with the finished product of this song, and it's nice that we have 2 versions of a great song anyhow. Edge goes to: X & Y version.

Square One
Much love for Square One. The PERFECT opening track.
-
X&Y (the track)
This is a great track- quite a nice treat considering I never heard it played live before. This and "The Hardest Part" are current favs.

Fix You
If anyone wouldn't mind, I would love to have this too! [email protected] Thank you thank you!

San Francisco Setlist
I liked how there were signs all over that said no cameras or recordings of any kind, then after a certain song Chris asked the crowd to take a picture or if they brought their cameras- apparently he forgot what the band requested. Everyone was like "Nooooooo!"

SF??
Just got back from the show as well... what a show! Nice opener with Square One- got to hear Warning Sign and The Scientist tonight- very nice. Clocks got an extended outro- I was sure that Chris would lead the band into yet another final jam (it was quite the tease at the end!) He was going apeshit on the keys at the end there. Don't Panic was a treat- they said they hadn't played it in a while... the funny thing was after one chorus, Chris stopped playing- got up from the keyboard- looked at everyone else in the band and said, "Should we finish it?" The crowd, including me, yelled YEAH!!! And they finished it, minus the nice solo (we only got a tease of that and the song finished). Got to hear a couple of tracks from the new album for the first time... Low was a nice rock jam, will have to decide how I feel about that once X & Y comes out- Fix You they closed the encore with- quite a tune. A Message was a nice first song encore. Enough of my rambling- loved the show- the Fillmore's a nice little place, must have been no more than 1000 people there. G'nite!

"Talk" No longer on upcoming Album!
Loving this song. It's got a great riff to it, and I've had it on repeat for the last 20 minutes.
