the 2003 dvd was filmed in July and released on nov 10th. the Toronto one was filmed and then never released on dvd. so its anyone's guess

Weeeellllll, if he has a publisher, its not being published anytime soon. I've checked amazon.co.uk, and when that had nothing tried all the major UK publishers sites (Random House, Transworld, Macmillan, Bloomsbury, Hodder, Headline & Penguin) but none of them have listings. I can't remember when they launch their Christmas book listings, but have a feeling that may have already happened.
