Heroes Season 1
 I loved that bit. So random.

Has Coldplaying dot com made you fail any exams?
I find that if I go to class I'll do well on the exam- I just spend an hour or two reviewing notes in case I've forgotten something. Now term papers on the other hand... :( Well, I could have done better sometimes. But when it isn't the internet distracting me, it's something else. I just distract easily. Hooray for trying to go through school with a short attention span. :blank: Actually, there have been several all-nighters where occasional visits to Coldplaying have saved my sanity. So it all balances out, I guess.

Radiohead
There's a new Hodiau Direkton every day. That's worth checking, or at least it is if you like art. Lots of bits and pieces of the album's mentality there. Maybe they're just considering those updates?

Borat-lookalike lifeguard hits back at his tormentors
Ew ew ew ew EEEEWWWW! Mullet!!! Forget Borat, between the mustache, the mullet and the shirt he looks more like a lumberjack working at McDonalds. You just don't wear a mullet and expect to not get bugged about it. They're just wrong.

What are you thinking right now?
Why is it that the dullest people who whine the most about being bored are the ones who constantly put down everything fun and exciting and interesting? (and I don't even mean the not so great for you stuff like booze and worse either)

Heroes Season 1
I try with the spoilers... it just gets really hard after awhile since everything is a spoiler really if you're that far behind. Most sites I've been on for stuff like this have a one week policy. Could always start a different thread if you're worried. Speaking of Doctor Who, season 3 starts in one week! woohoo! (sorry off topic, but cool)

What height are you for i'm intrigued
5'8" - tall for a girl. The perfect height really, not too tall or too short. Although I do occasionally like wearing tall heels when I'm dressing up- I get a kick out of towering over people.

the Formula One thread 2007
Wow. That was crazy. :shocked2: :dizzy: Yay Hamilton! And Wurz! yippie to see him back. Poor Kubica  Broken leg was the last I heard- that can't be nice- hopfully he will be able to race again before too long. It reminded me of Olivier Panis's accident a few years ago. Scary stuff. There's going to be quite a controversy about those black flags, I bet you. Man, so much happened I can't even remember it all. My dad probably got an eyeful- he went to the race with a guy from work, nice seats around turn one and two where a lot of the action happened if I remember right. Can't wait for him to get back and tell me about it. Just wish I could have gone too. One thing you can say for Montreal- it usually isn't boring.

Your siblings
Have one brother and one sister, both younger and in their early 20s. Brother is married with a couple of kids of his own, sister is studying to be a carpenter. I really used to look up to my brother when we were younger- he was fun to be around, although I fought with my sister constantly until she grew out of the teenage mood swings.

Heh... at that age I was obsessed with Ninja Turtles.

It's confirmed: music really IS getting louder!!
Huh. Explains the headaches when I listen to pop stations (or older Oasis stuff) for too long. :stunned: Nice to know that even though I specifically buy cds for the sound quality (and vinyl when I can), even though I go out of my way to get good sound- like digging the old wood encased speakers out of storage because they have better bass and a warmer sound, even though I don't like listening to mp3 players because they sound flat, even then, I'm thwarted. Grr.

I'm sort of ill
I had a really bad ear infection like that once. I was taking tons of painkillers and had to sleep with a fan on my ears were ringing so loud. When I finally went to the doctor, he put me on some really strong antibiotics the ear had gotten so bad. Is the ear still buzzing? If it is, if you're having trouble hearing clearly out of that ear, or if it keeps hurting like that you really might want to get it checked out. Worst case scenario if it is an infection, your eardrum could burst- which would be bad.

Radiohead
That's the kind of colourblindness my dad has... bright reds look so dim to him that they seem brown, and he has trouble telling the difference between reds, purples and sometimes blues, because none of them look right to him. Colourblindness involving opposites is the most common- red and green, orange and blue, or yellow and purple. I read an old interview with Jonny a few weeks ago where he mentioned the colourblindness. Kind of funny considering just how associated Radiohead are with their artwork. Guess it explains why Thom usually posts about art stuff while Jonny usually posts about music. *shrugs*

What's that?

Justified Snooping?
Whatever happens, regular friends usually last a lot longer than boyfriends... If it was me, I would just want to talk and move on. But of course, I don't know everything because it isn't me.

maybe if we ignore her, she'll go away...

~Lost~Season 2 & 3 ~SPOILERS INSIDE!~
From what I understand, they're already paranoid with scripts and things as it is. Can't imagine what forms more security would take. Although it would probably lead to more closed sets for secret script portions. But even then for example, it would have been possible to figure out that the flashbacks in the finale were happening in the future and start rumors even if the last scene was left out of the script. And it's impossible to hide something like a character death mid-season. People notice when the actor doesn't show up on set for a few weeks. Time will tell, I guess.

Tool
You dug up a thread from four years ago to say that? Way to be an optimist. :dozey:

Introduction to Songs Of Innocence
Blake was nuts. .....But I love his poems anyway. :nice: Isn't that the intro to songs of innocence, though? I vaguely remember the songs of experience intro being a lot sadder than that.

The Quest for the Stanley Cup 2007
Woohoo! I wonder what Blur would have said if you told them 15 years ago that they would one day write a hockey anthem...

Intelligence Vs Success
:laugh3: I don't think she's Reilly, I was just teasing. Very reminicent thread though, isn't it?

What are you thinking right now?
So much to do today... so nice outside. And since when did I have spring allergies.

Intelligence Vs Success
There's a big difference between intelligence and wisdom. In real life the latter can be a lot more important than the former. p.s. Welcome back, Reilly :P :P :P :laugh3:

what the flying f**k?!
Messed up stuff. Maybe they just put it up there because they thought it was cool?

It's a pub scrawl for Chris
He writes on his hands, what's so surprising about his shoes? I used to doodle on my shoes all the time in math class... Tabloids are dumb. In several different ways.
