Insomnia? Well this is kind of the worst place to hang around for that. The light from your computer monitor disrupts your natural sleep hormones. If you've been here long you haven't gotten enough exercise to tire your body out which will make sleep difficult. And if you make a habit of this, your circadian rhythms are probably so screwed up your internal clock doesn't even realize how late it is. The best solution is to turn the monitor off, do 20 jumping jacks, have a cup of warm milk or herbal tea, sit in the dark and quiet to unwind for 15 or 30 minutes, and then go to bed even if you aren't tired. Yes, I'm terrible at taking my own advice.

*points at your oversized sig* Case and point. Chris loves everyone and almost everything... including hyperbole. Whatever it is, it's always the best in the universe, or the worst thing ever. Sometimes both, but no in between. And when you're in his position, anything less that perfectly positive you say in the press gets twisted into a feud. Though he is right sometimes... he called Richard Ashcroft the best singer ever. I rolled my eyes. Four(?) years on he's now my favorite singer. *shrugs*

Lady Gaga is following me. :sick: My friend went through a period where 'poker face' was following him. You knew he was around because somehow somewhere it would come on. I thought it was a bit weird but didn't really think much of anything of it. And now he passed it on to me. Wherever I go, Paparazzi is playing. If I turn on the tv, Paparazzi is playing. If I turn on the radio to listen to CBC, someone has changed the station and Paparazzi is playing. It's kind of traumatic. And I don't even generally listen to the radio! :angry: Cool about the Coldplay, though. So does this mean Strawberry Swing is actually getting airplay now?
