like kekita said, it's good to know someone who wants to lose some weight...that's the best support system. also, clean out your refrigerator---throw out all microwavable foods, frozen vegetables, canned fruits, any food high in saturated fats, cholesterol, etc. buy fresh fruits and vegetables instead, eat lots of lean meats. Eat small portions 6 times a day (no three big meals). Start off your exercise by stretching and powerwalking for 30 minutes every day and build up from there when you have more energy. Yoga also helps with your breathing and endurance. all the best bere!

just like coldplay_steph said, why not send out e-cards? at first i thought that was what you guys were talking about until someone mentioned stamps and concern over others having mailing addresses. Do what coldplay did by sending out an e-card. isn't what they sent so adorable?

^actually, gwyneth took a pretty long break after giving birth. also, the reason why there might be more photos of apple w/ gwyneth is b/c magazines and tabloids might buy more photos of gwyneth and apple rather than apple and chris. it's all about whose in demand. these tabloids spend so much money on photos that they choose them according to what will help the sales.

my god people, give the guys a break! i sympathize with all of you who hoped to go to tampa and birmingham, but you guys are being childish about this. and sometimes, venues cannot accomodate another date so soon...i'm sure they will come back to those two cities next year. in 2001, when they cancelled a new york show, they did reschedule...so stay positive!
