I get so stressed out when a band I love tours, because then the ticket obsessing starts. Haha.

I don't know. I wasn't "labeling" anybody a homophobe, believe me. I just tend to think that anyone who treats someone differently because of their sexual orientation, or think it's "nasty", then they're phobic to it, aren't they? To me, that does make someone homophobic. Again, though, society applies extremely negative connotations to certain words. "Gay", for example. I have a hard time choosing my words carefully because people take them in so many different ways, especially when conversing with people from other countries! Cultures are SO different.... Maldini, I understand you ;), don't worry about the language problem it's ok. Again, any of my harsh words aren't directed at anybody on here. It's just me venting some very spent emotions. Are you religious (Maldini)? If so, do you REALLY believe that god, or whoever, created the human race? I have a hard time with people who come from the religious standpoint, since I'm not a religious person. I really would like to hear why people think this though. Personally, if a mighty being DID create the world and humans, then did he tell Adam and Eve that they HAD to get it on? lmfao, crude, I know, but I don't know how else to convey my feelings. I'd like to hear the religious standpoint on this, as well as the scientific one (which I think lunar1126 is willing to provide). They're completely opposing viewpoints. I don't have much to offer other than a personal biase. I've seen my friend (and myself) go through a lot of things in regards to this. I blasted this on the train when I was on my way to NYC, and I could see the skyline. For some reason, that was a really moving moment. Now, everytime I hear the song, I get thrown back to that moment and feeling. Amazing what music can do to you...

I agree, I'd really like to hear a good counter argument to the one we posed. And not in a defensive, angry manner. I like to see other people's viewpoints, no matter how hard they might be to wrap my mind around. Thanks, I just had a horrible day in school, a lot of people giving me a hard time. You're entitled to state your point of view. And I'm entitled to rip it to shreds. :) Here's my point of view: I have no respect for people who are homophobic. None. I don't tolerate it, and it's pathetic that society as a whole does accept this as a "norm". Yes. I did see it as normal. I did not see two men having sex. I saw two adults who were in love expressing that in the deepest form. It's amazing how acceptable it is for people to be grossed out by this. I'm sorry, but prostitution grosses me out a lot more. There are a LOT of sexual acts that are disgusting. Aren't normal. Two people in love having sex is normal. People do it every day. There was a time in this world (or, at least, my country. USA, for your information since we don't have the national flags on here anymore) when people would view a black man and a white woman having sex as "disgusting". Ostracize and kill them for it. This, to me, isn't any different. Listen, I'm not just attacking you. You might not be homophobic (even though it seems to me, the way you're wording things, that you are). You might not be any of the things. I'm just talking. Expressing my "point of view". You didn't state your opinion in a mature or articulate manner, therefore there were all these responses, mainly negative. I'm just tired of it, all this "ewwwww, gross!" talk. It's really sad to me. Jeez, I think that the heterosexual love scenes in Brokeback were grosser and more difficult to watch than the same sex scenes. I've had an incredibly bad day, which should be apparent from this reply. Therefore, I probably came off as too harsh. But maybe harsh words are what this world needs.

I wouldn't. What's the point of suffering for something you know was just an accident? Well, I mean... I guess it DOES depend though. If you hit somebody, completely by accident (like they stepped or ran in front of your car before you could stop). But then you hid the body, or just kept driving. Then yes, I would come clean and face THOSE actions. But..... Other than that, no. I'm not an evil person, would never kill on purpose, so what'd be the point of being locked up? Just a waste of a cell on little 'ole me.

I don't know, but probably too much. My computer's almost always on, and when it is I'll often leave this place up. But I check in every half hour, or so, to see any new posts. So, probably in total, about 2 hours.
