It is good that they are finally finishing their contract with EMI. They will do better on their own without the pressure of that money grubbing company. All the big names artists have gone on to better things without the big corporation. McCartney, the Stones, Madonna, Radiohead... just to name a few. Coldplay has enough money to start their own label and can find an independant distributor for hard sales. This is much like Radiohead did. Much success to Coldplay without EMI! :D

My coworkers and managers included tell me when they hear a Coldplay song. Someone at work brought me their copy of Rolling Stone Magazine to me with Chris on it. Some of my coworkers asked me to copy some of their music for them... cause they have become interested b/c of me... :D I gave everyone a Christmas card with Coldplay Christmas songs CD I made included inside with the Christmas picture printed on the outside of CD. Actually, they all thanked and said they loved the CD! I left my keys in the break room one day and someone saw the Coldplay keychain and brought them to me... OMG! And last but not least... I have Coldplay license tag! I think I am obsessed a little. :)

When Velvet Revolver disbanded... Stone Temple Pilot reunited with Scott and made comeback. Queen made comeback with Paul Rogers... but will never be the same without Freddie.

Saw them last year in Orlando and thought that was awesome show.... but, I just got the Wembley DVD and it kicks ass! Really, that is outstanding show. Highly recommend to buy this one and also the Skin and Bones acoustic concert from LA Pentages Theater DVD is just too good! They are my favorite US band... then comes the Brits Radiohead and CP of course! :D

It will be bta5857 birthday also... we are coming together... another birthday! :D

I bought that Live 2001 Germany DVD off Amazon ... actually it's pretty good! Although it is on bootleg sites.

OMG... I just bought that DVD....awesome show! YOu were there? How cool was that show! I got chill bumps watching that show cause I love the FooFighters and cause I'm thinkin I will be on that field there in September! Squeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Anyway, what do you mean when you say "pitch"? I got standing tickets ... so that means you can sit anywhere in the lower level too. Thinking of sitting Friday show and going for the crazy queing standing on Saturday show.

And a Happy Squeeeeeeeeeeeee Year! A Coldplay at Wembley Squeeeeeeeeeee Year! I got chill bumps squeeeeeeeeeeeeing about it! :D

Ooooh! I was there at Wembley for that concert! It was awesome! Right up front about 6 back... many yrs ago and now I am much older, but will be going for the stand! I hope my bod holds out! Squeeeeeeeeeee!!!!! :D

That's a great album... saw him last year around this time and played some of his Christmas stuff!

We plan on going there in September, maybe the day after Wembley, cause it will be Sunday and the sign on Bistro says Serves Lunch on Sundays!! And there should be some action at the studio since is day after show.... well, hopefully we might see someone and have a nice lunch next door! :D

So sorry you guys had restrictions in your seats... in the US, we had all seats, but when the show started everyone stood up and went crazy... forget all about the seats and we had signs all about waving. I guess it's different in the UK. Well, I know the stadium will have no restrictions .... right?!?!

After about a year, once again I found myself watching Thumbs Down Webcast last night and that whole thing cracks me up every time I watch....talking about what kind of music they listen to... they each DJ some of their favorite music and Thom definitely has some liking to electrotech stuff and Ed, well, he's just hilarious dancing to his favorites... Thom's dancing also too funny and then each has such different tastes in music. One of my favorite watching videos... Thom's head in the box singing 15 Step and Brad Pitt yelling "What's in the box....c'mon what's in the box" :D Did anyone watch that whole Japan Tour 2008 concert ... the whole thing was on YouTube 1.5 hours show from Japanese TV... that's pretty good camera angles and sound is great!

I am so excited about this trip... anyone flying from Orlando? Maybe we can have a Coldplaying flight! This is awesome! I am flying British Air on the 16th... just want to be British before I get there! :D Also... we could have a day after meetup at that Bistro next to the Bakery... they serve lunch on Sundays!! :wink3:

Hey hey! Add to us your list. Got Ticketmaster for Friday and Found tickets for Sat. on Get Me In site....having them delivered to Wembley Plaza hotel ...flying in from Orlando and staying there. So we will be at both shows! OMG, I am so excited!!! this will be one crazy Friday and Saturday! And hell of expensive trip!!!
