It's possible that this is an outdated tracklist (the video was shot in 2023). The leaked tracklist has a lot of common ground with this one but has more songs added, so it's possible the leaked tracklist is still the correct one? If they're tossing up those three songs I hope they go with Neon Forest. And I agree, UFO does make sense for the musical. As does 2 Aliens come to think of it.

Just noticed they only counted 9 songs. Neon Forest, MUSIC and Angel's Song don't have track numbers assigned (or one of them is an illegible 6)

At least with UFO we have a demo we can listen to whenever we want. If the finished song is as good as Llama says it is then it would be a shame not to hear it, but it's not like the song will be a total mystery. 2 Aliens though? Living with just a snippet for several years is going to drive me bonkers.

2 Aliens was on several whiteboards before this, praying it makes it in some form. If they vault it forever then grrr, but it would be a very Coldplay thing to do. On reflection it's pretty damn close to the leaked tracklist. No UFO or 2 Aliens, and Moon Song isn't listed (although if it's just an ambient interlude it might not need to be) but everything else is pretty much the same, including One World as the closer.

Is it possible MUSIC and We Play are alt titles for other songs we know?

From Earth With Love feels like it could be a musical song to me. The lyrics in the snippet feel kind of plot driven, and Chris did say MOTS3 had the theme of "Home" so it fits.

Any insight as to why they decided spreading MOTS out into three albums was a good idea? They'd never done that before. I can't help but wonder if they'd just put all their best songs together like usual they could've avoided pissing off fans and critics so much with MOTS.

Robots will either be released for the musical or not at all. It's worth noting just because Chris was excited about it at one point doesn't mean the recording will be a success. I'm sure Chris has been excited for almost every song he's written at some point.

Didn't Admirice say Robots had been abandoned? Maybe they'll pick it up again, but tbh it'll need a lot of work before it's release worthy (and that's me being polite)

The 2 Aliens snippet sounds wonderful and I'm really excited to hear that one. UFO2 is only going to appeal to me if it's been totally overhauled from the leak as I really don't like that too much. To me the creative part of One World is the choir of a million voices, I'm expecting that to be a beautiful ambient sound.

I mean they made Coloratura recently, so there's clearly still gas in the tank Heck, if we're looking at MM then One World is a really creative idea that sounds like something Eno would've encouraged
