YES!!!! 3 GIGS IN GERMANY IN 2009!
Can't believe these tickets are so damn expensive! :( Standing ticket for Wembley -> about 50€ Standing ticket for Düsseldorf -> 72€ !!! What a rip-off! :( Furthermore, why the hell is eventim.de also demanding 9,90€ just for service (what kind of service?) and delivery within Germany in addition to the expensive ticket??? :o An unbounded cheek! Anyway I ordered my tickets. No other opportunities...

YES!!!! 3 GIGS IN GERMANY IN 2009!
Don't know why, but I suspected somehow that they would play in Hannover! :D Great decision, because it's a fantastic stadium! Düsseldorf isn't far away from me either. I just wonder why there is no gig in Berlin's Olympic stadium?!

German Fans?
Yeah I have nothing but respect for people trying to learn German as it's definitely a very difficult language. Keep at it! Your German isn't terrible! ;) Hope I might improve my Spanish someday! :)

German Fans?
Neither nor! It's Genitive! Well at least according to this site... http://www.udoklinger.de/Deutsch/Grammatik/Pronomen.htm Not sure if it's correct! I think for native speakers it's hard to answer this question as we automatically use the right form. :D But I hope this site helps a bit.

New tour dates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well it's really a coincidence Lore that you created this thread today... :D I was just looking on a German site for some tickets and look what I've found.... www.eventim.de You should register there to get the first news of a new tour! So is there a chance Coldplay's coming back to Germany next year? :D There was a similar note on the same site a few weeks before they were actually selling tickets for the German shows earlier this year. Rumours, rumours, rumours I know! :D But thanks anyway Lore for creating this thread haha! :P

29-Nov-08 - Sheffield, Arena- Tickets, Meetups, Review/Photos - (ORIGINALLY 7 Dec 08)
Kara!!!! I'm very happy for you!:lol: When you sent me a message, mentioning that you're going to see Coldplay in a few moments I was just sitting in a train and couldn't believe it. :shocked2::laugh3: That was scary haha! Thanks so much for calling me during "Clocks", "Speed Of Sound" and "Trouble". The latter seems to be a longer version than they actually did in Berlin a few months ago. So sad my mobile battery was dead at the end and that my prepaid card was empty, too. :\ Sorry for that! Anyway, thanks again for your calls! :nice:

Put a grade out of 10 (like Pitchfork) EP "Prospekt's March"
Sure, it's an EP and therefore it's not very long, but why selling this record for 9,99€? I can get a whole album for the same price with more songs. That's what I meant!

The Offical "The Killers" Thread
"Day & Age" continues the list of one of the most disappointing records of 2008 (at least for me). I liked "Human" so I was really looking forward to "Day & Age", but it's very weak I think. Far from "Hot Fuss". Most of the songs sound like pop songs back from the 80's. "Goodnight, Travel Well" is awesome though as well as "Forget About What I Said" which is the bonus track.

Put a grade out of 10 (like Pitchfork) EP "Prospekt's March"
7 /10 I think it's a good record, but unfortunately the EP is very very short (worth 9,99€?). - Life in Technicolor ii: Best song of the EP I'd say! Absolutely love it. - Postcards From Far Away: Good, but too short - Glass Of Water: Not my favourite first, but it definitely grew on me - Rainy Day: Somehow it reminds me of the music which is used in the "Sim City 4" computer game. Don't like it that much, but perhaps it needs more time. (Oh and is it only me or is the quality of this song not as good as the other ones? Don't get me wrong, I got my original EP last Friday) - Prospekt's March/Poppyfields: Very good! Bring back the Parachutes time!!! - Lost+: Completely unnecessary - Lovers In Japan (Osaka Sun Mix): Not very different to the original one, but I prefer this version - Now My Feet Won't Touch The Ground: Don't know the background of this song, but for me it sounds pretty much like "'Til Kingdome Come"

snow!!!
We've been hit by a blizzard here in Germany yesterday. :nice: It was massive! We had a big thunderstorm last night, too. News channels don't have any other topics than the weather chaos at the moment. So that's today's morning view of the street where I live. It's the first snow of the year! :D

NME REVIEW OF PROSPEKT'S MARCH
I think a review where the author uses the tiny little word "fucking" can't be taken seriously! This is just nonprofessional! Oh - I forgot - It's from the NME...

James Bond - Quantum of Solace
I watched "Ein Quantum Trost" - that's how it's called here haha - yesterday and I have to admit that Casino Royale was a bit better, but I still enjoyed this one, too! It was an amazing film!!! A lot more action compared to the previous films I'd say. I missed some more action in the bed though LOL.
