SUPERSIZE ME is all im gonna say some french lady that i saw on tv did a study on eating habits while she lived in different parts of the world over a few years. she says that americans eat everything in big sessions at regular intervals and even at snacktime while the french only eat three meals a day in only small portions with no snacktime in between. i cant remember what else she found but thats all i could remember
