yes, it has to be annoying with jerks with cameras following you around 24/7 (do the words "princess diana" ring a bell with anyone?), but it's not like he's the ONLY person in the world who has to deal with it... every other celebrity in the world gets the same thing he does, and they deal with it (except bjork, who attacked the hell out of a reporter awhile ago). as rich as he is doing something he loves, i don't really feel that sorry for him. :/

man i went through so much shit two years ago to see radiohead (probably worthy of it's own thread), but it was worth it when i finally did. i was right up 20 feet from the front in a 15,000 general admission show. :stunned: of course, it being radiohead, it was easily the best show i've ever seen and remains so. anyway, i'm seeing them in august almost two years to the day since i saw them last, and this time it's in a place with assigned seats (but i'm still really damn close to the front somehow) and the ticket purchase went perfectly smoothly, and there's no possible way this show could be rained out. *crosses fingers*

i doubt i could come up with ten people, honestly. 1. my girlfriend, obviously 2. my mom 3. my friend phil (who often seems the only friend i have) 4. my friend matt who i've played music with for about 7 years 5. i would say my friend caitlin but i'm not so sure what i think of her... she's too important to talk to me lately that's about it. i don't really feel like i love my sister, brother, or father. that will probably change years from now, yada yada.

that press conference was painful to watch... completely unnecessary as well. it's like he (or probably his lawyers) asked himself "let's see, how can i possibly make this situation any more humiliating for my wife, child, and i than it already is?"
