I just cancelled my Amazon pre order. It said it would arrive between Oct 27 and Oct 31! No way. I can go to Target on my way home and have it in my hot little hands, probably on sale too! And to answer the original question, the only song I've listened to was UATW. I couldn't help it (love it, by the way).

Love. Reminds me of the Anton Corbjin version of Viva la Vida, where he takes a quest and eventually reunites with the band members. Only now "he" is an elephant! Loved that Jonny is still wearing his hat, even as an elephant.

Man, they are charming! I love this new laid back Chris era, he talks about Gwyneth and everything!

Are we missing Eva Champion? And what are Will's other kids' names? What is Guy's daughter's name again? I always forget, unfortunately!

I read this last week. I was disappointed that there will be no cover story now. Really, EW? No cover for one of the biggest bands around? And the article was really too short!

I Ran Away

Saw a promo last night on Lifetime, some new interview show where they seem to be only interviewing famous ladies--Gwyn among them. The interviewer (some British blonde lady) asks her what her favorite sex position is and Gwyn gets all giddy and does an OMG! I doubt she will answer it. She also mentions that she didn't need to find the right man when her father was still alive. Hmm. Not sure when the show will be, seems like it's at least a few weeks away.

Congrats, Dianne. We wil need a blow by blow account! Don't leave anything out. I am getting cranky thinking about not being able to be there. Even if by some chance I won the online contest and they called me on Monday, I wouldn't be able to get off work!

Did they have another contest this morning? After the backwards songs?

I've had two Coldplay concerts, two interesting seats, one up near the rafters (easier to see the band, they were tiny, though) and one on the floor (everyone stood up when the music started, could only see the TV screens). So my question is, how do people get those "seats" up close to the stage? Are you guys waiting in line for hours or is this something you pay dearly for? I will definitely be at the MX tour but want to increase my chances of seeing the guys as well as hearing them! Thanks in advance (way in advance!)

Today's game was very hard--you had to guess the names of the songs as they were read backwords. People wouldn't even guess, just went, "uuuuuh." I don't think these are fans, I think they are just people who call in and wait to win something. So frustrating. I'm lying in bed this morning going, "Viva la Vida!" I just hope there are actual fans there when the breakfast finally comes.

That's heartbreaking!

I think that is funny because I have never--not once--heard a Coldplay song on XM radio!

The contest this morning was pretty funny. It was "Wheel of Celebrity Voices," where Ralph (their impressions guy) sang or spoke Coldplay lyrics as different people or bands, one was as Justin Bieber, another was as Mumford and Sons (very, very funny!). Again, only three people got the answer right, and the poor girl who knew "Death and All his Friends" (all the rest were popular singles) didn't even win. I was on my way to work, so, no chance to call there. Sigh (I got them all right).

Ellen is a big Coldplay fan, she always tries to bring up the subject of Chris when Gwyneth is on. I will be there! (in front of the TV, that is.)

I think Chris will be impressed.

I used to watch this when I was a little kid. I'll be watching this Sunday with my bowl of cereal!
