  1. And he has a voice like an angel, according to Chris.
  2. In the pictures on http://www.987fm, they only have one of Will singing, as well as those of Chris. That would make sense, based on what the winner said Chris said about the "shyest" member of the group - we know it's not really Will, lol.
  3. I was going through the pics on my little point and shoot camera and didn't realize that my husband had taken a couple of pics when the band came out to the meet and greet. Here's where the whole thing happened. Chris and Will are taking their pic with the 2nd group - I 'm sure Jonny and Guy are in there, too, but I don't know where. This was right before I went up to Will to have my "moment"with him. :bomb: Still no email from the radio station with our picture.
  4. I was going through the pics on my point and shoot camera and hadn't realized that my husband had taken a couple of the band when they came back to meet us. After the second picture is when I talked to Will. :bomb: They're pretty bad, but you can see Chris and Will. And the third one is my husband and me when we moved ourselves up to the 3rd row for The Scientist and LIT2. The girl sitting next to us offered to take a pic. The security guard was blocking the pit. I was wearing my butterfly shirt. :)
  5. NO! I called on Monday to make sure they had my email address and the promotions guy said they'd send them out when they got them uploaded off the camera. It was a bit disorganized, and I hope they at least *got a decent pic. The whole thing was so rushed, it's a blur, and it was very dark back there, it was nearly 9pm and we were outside. So I'm sure it's not even that great of a pic, but still, I can do some creative editing, lol. I don't want to harass them, but come on, it's been 4 days! There were about 80 people total (40 winners and their guests), broken up into 4 groups. ::::tapping fingers:::::
  6. And the "look" I took of him Sunday - but 2 seconds later he had the biggest smile, but I missed the pic of that.
  7. LIT 2 - I keep thinking of how crazy Will was on the drums last Sunday. He was a maniac, and I loved every second of it, lol.
  8. Angie, you are my hero. Jonny touches, Will smiles, Jackie hugs...you go girl! You must not have kids yet, because if I didn't have my responsibilities to my husband and kids, I would so be hanging out with you at all the shows you go to! I'll have to make due with the 2 shows I was at in LA/OC last weekend and the all too short meet and greet, and the memory of Will's sweet voice "I hope you enjoy the show tonight." ahhh I am totally loving all the videos everyone is posting - I was so focused on Jonny dancing in front of me and Will on his drums that I lost sight of the whole show, if that makes sense. lol
  9. I *know! I'm dying waiting. Me and Will, and like I said in the other thread, I don't even know where my husband was in the group pic, but he said that Chris had his arm around him. I saw Jonny and Guy, but I don't know where they went in the pic either. I was, uh, kind of focused on Will, and the fact that I was so freaking close to him. :bomb:
  10. Geez, 98.7 has their pics all over the website, and KROQ hasn't yet emailed me the pic from the meet and greet. I *need that pic of me and Will (and 20 of our "closest" friends). C'mon KROQ...
  11. Oh and Will had his mini mohawk going. I about died when I saw it, my favorite hairstyle on him. And I noticed that Chris was totally clean shaven - no scruff at all. I would love to see Will without his beard.
  12. I'm so glad I was able to "smuggle" in my good camera. The zoom made all the difference, and it took good quick pics, instead of my point and shoots that take forever to focus. I really liked having to look through the viewfinder instead of having to deal with the lcd screen. I did not take any decent pics on Saturday, but we were so far back it wouldn't have mattered. And I did not video at all - there are plenty of other people who got great videos. Even though I took a lot of pics, I could still totally enjoy the show. I see people taking pics who seem like they never see anything other than their camera screen. I keep waiting for that pic to get emailed to me! Don't they realize i NEED it now???
  13. No, it was on the aisle they went up to get to C stage. We were sitting in Orchestra right on the aisle, about 10 rows back from the stairs they came down from the stage on, then ran up the aisle. Chris and Will slapped my hand on the way up, then Chris stopped next to me and signed the girl's program. I couldn't believe he stopped! Here's when they just walked down from the stage. I had my zoom lens on and believe it or not, they were *too close to me.
  14. We saw her when we walked to our seats before they came on. She was sitting in the Sec 6 boxes. I didn't want to stare, but she was with a group of people. When we got to our seats, I looked back and there were a lot of people taking pics of her. So so sweet when Chris sang Fix You to her, and didn't change the words.
  15. Big time withdrawals. I keep watching the youtube videos from LisaNoelle, the best I've seen, both from Sat and Sun shows. My ipod has been going nonstop. And I'm stalking all the threads. I even put all 240 pics I took on my iTouch. I'm so so sad it's over. My husband has a business trip coming up in Boston on Aug 6 for a conference. They're playing there Aug 9, I want to go so badly, but my daughter has a soccer tourny in San Diego that weekend and I suppose she can't really go alone - she's only 10. My kids and husband think I'm nuts, but I just can't get the concerts out of my head. And especially, I keep going over and over the few seconds I had to talk to Will - and hearing his voice thanking me and saying that he hopes I will enjoy the show. And the radio station *still* hasn't emailed out the group shot of all of us, the one where I'm right next to Will and Chris has his arm around my husband. I'm sad the meet and greet was only literally less than a minute, and that I didn't break the rules and take my own pics of the guys. Jackie told us no personal photos or autographs, there was no time.
  16. Lisa, I think I was right in front of you. I think I see my arms with the wristband, lol. Where exactly were your seats? We were Sec 3, Row U, seats 335-336, right on the aisle. Did you see those girls who got Chris's autograph when they ran up our aisle to C stage? They were sitting next to us.
  17. That sounded like a hard slap - and I bet you liked it. :wink3:
  18. Thanks. My husband and I had orchestra seats, and I had the wristband from the meet and greet, so during Politik, when the VIPs started leaving, my husband started scoping the empty seats. During DAAHF, we walked down about 10 rows and stayed there for a few minutes, then when The Scientist started, we went down to the 3rd row. RIGHT in front of Jonny, I'll always be a Will-luver, but Jonny is coming a close second.
  19. I know, I died taking it. And I missed taking one of his huge smile during LIT2 - it was beautiful.
  20. There can NEVER be too much Will-luv. Since I didn't get a chance to talk to Will after Sunday's show, someone needs to tell him that I enjoyed the show very much, just like he told me to. :smug:
  21. I wish I'd known that he was going to have *that particular job. lol He had a long day, though, and said he left at 10pm, then was back at 9am to finish the clean-up and everything.
  22. Why not? I won tickets to meet them here, why not in NJ? I know it's a 3 day festival - when are they scheduled? And can I get to NJ from CA next weekend? I think I could manage it. lol
  23. Well, it's really not unheard of. And it says its a "limited edition" so right there means more $$. Bruce concert tickets are major $$, more than Coldplay - I think it's his demographic, his fans tend to be older with more disposable income. Although, I wish I could dispose of all my income following Coldplay around. :P
  24. Yep, he usually changes some of the lyrics, he did at Saturday's show - but she was there that night, too - and he only did the one sing a long part at the end and he usually puts his mic out to the crowd for the chorus. And throws in a few more "oohs." He also mentioned her in a roundabout way during his intro to The Hardest Part, when he said something about being written for girls, then he stopped and said "a girl." He was so *on* Sunday night - I thought it was the best concert I've seen them perform. Of course, meeting the band before the show probably added to my excitement. :P
  25. It's no secret that Chris wrote Fix You for Gwyneth. But this is one of the few times I've heard him sing the song live, where he hasn't changed the lyrics in some way. He sang it intact...wonder if it was for her? He even changed the lyrics Saturday, but not Sunday.
