it better be a 'kick-ass' kind of butterfly :dozey: some of the guys i've seen at the gigs went all 'giddy' about the butterflies (moreso in a laughable way. others were enjoying the moment with their significant other (whether that be gf/wife/etc.) or restraining themselves into admitting that they were 'cool' :P i'm not into butterflies, even though i'm a girl. but the confetti during Lovers in Japan...was really nice. MUCH better than during Viva La Vida (from the MTV performance).

Last night (in my dreams): My friends and I were taking a stroll around downtown LA/Hollywood and were just outside of the Capitol Records building. The boys came then came walking out of the doors and like the nutter I am I freaked out (!!!), so I went up to them just to say "hi" and take a picture. But that's not all...Will gave me a bear-hug, Guy took a 'MySpace'-esque photo of me from his camera and told me that he'll have his assistant email it to me (LOL :rolleyes:), Johnny strummed on his guitar and Chris was defending himself when I teased him about eating a Granny-Smith APPLE during our little banter. My friends remained dumb-struck the whole time, even when the boys began to do a free-concert for the growing-crowd. And then I woke up with "The Escapist" stuck in my head to sing along. :lol: Oh and today at work someone said "they're not dead!", and....well..."they're just living in my head." :lol:

Okay...maybe the jealousy-thing has gotten far enough.... It's incredible that the band had even agreed to be participating in this contest. This alone says a lot about them, and...well I have to admit that it was a GREAT promotion/marketing idea (or scheme, whichever you take it as). But nonetheless, they'll be a few lucky ones that'll get to have the chance to do what everyone else can't. Please don't dwell so much on the fact that you weren't picked or gotten to be close enough in the first place, because they'll be other chances someday (maybe not the exact repeat of having Coldplay performing at your house, but something else...perhaps even better?). Sorry, I mean my earlier post sounded bummed out too, but for the most part it was in jest. (Apologies for the 'rant', but so far everyone's been sounding "bummed" around in the Coldplay Live section lately. :\))

I think I saw you during the concert when I looked back at majority of the people in our section, in disgust. Not at you, of course. :lol: I was one of the few down below at the front (Row 6, seat 21) flailing my arms like a nutter at times. You, and the rest of the few who kept their energy up, were much needed down below too!

I was in 128 too...our section was pathetic, even when the boys came around to play Chinese Sleep Chant and God Put a Smile. :( LOL once again, NorCal might've gotten a better setlist, but SoCal concert-goers were ACE at the gigs. :smug: ((not trying to start a fight here, I promise!)) :D I just noticed....while looking through the tour program...there's a song called "The Goldrush"?! Sorry this probably isn't the thread for this kind of inquiry, but would anyone know what's up with the 'new' song?
