They'd better have a good reason for leaving this off the album though, because i can see me loving this more than Violet Hill. This is more my type of music. As someone else said, I hope that there are more of these types of songs on the album.

To me they have elements of Coldplay and The Killers about them, but they are darker, more atmospheric, and grittier than either of those bands. They also seem to be more experimental and diverse. Their second album is better than their first, if not slightly more accessible. The song No Cars Go is probably the closest they've got to sounding 'mainstream'. Its like a more epic and interesting version of Talk... you should start with that if you want to try to get into them. My random Arcade Fire thoughts of the day.
