uhh we're not supposed to post links of this video! it hasnt been officially released by the band yet. sorry! but it is a great video (most of us have seen it)

wow wow wow wowwwwwww i really think this is the best article we have gotten yet! the two songs that this got me most excited for are chinese sleep chant (a song i never have looked forward to because of the odd title) and death and all his friends. the whole thing with the 'coldplay choir' sounds like it could be amazing. also this article continiued my excitement for lovers in japan/reign of love. wow i'm really excited what a great article. (oh and i also hope they somehow release the version of life in technicolor with words... it sounds like it was one of those 'big songs' that they cut because they didnt want anything to lean back on or whatever.)

YES!!!!!! i noticed that obama was on the screen at that line and i was really angry!! he is without a doubt the most respectable politician in that video. even if you don't support him in the elections you HAVE to admit that out of all of those politicians he is absolutely the most innocent. he hasnt even had a chance to do anything wrong yet!! hopefully this isnt anyindication of who chris supports in these elections...

yea i'm a huge radiohead fan and a huge coldplay fan but it's annoying how it's always the radiohead fans who feel the need to make fun of coldplay. coldplay admits they were influenced by radiohead so i don't see what the big deal is. at least this guy pointed out how nice we are because its true... you never hear us bitching about snow patrol or whatever other band you might say has been influenced by coldplay. and thats what makes this site better than most band forums. all of the topics are usually kept really friendly and no one does things just to stir up other people. i'm legit afraid to join at ease because i just feel like radiohead fans come off as mean/elitist... im really having a hard time typing what im trying to say today so dont mind this post.... my brain is fried from my AP Latin exam :P

today was my third AND FINAL AP EXAM!!!! it was AP latin literature and it sucked but i'm just so relieved that they are over. I still have SAT IIs in june and final exams for my non-AP classes in june as well but for now i have a lotttt less to worry about. it feels so good.

haha probably because we americans are just getting home from school/work/other activities. but i'm happy coldplay is getting involved in this stuff. I think to become a legendary band instead of just a good band you have to have some effect on culture. getting involved with politics is probably the easiest/most effective way to do this and i like coldplay doing this because it shows the rest of the world that they are not just a flakey band that writes ballads and love songs... they also care about the condition of the world and i think with this album they are going to start being a lot louder about it :D

yea that's not the official video... it's just an alternate version/a joke but i think it's better.

i love this video. its one of the best things theyve ever done. i'm really happy to see they are becoming so political. this is one of those things you could show to someone who thinks coldplay is flakey or whatever and shut them up. this is something i could show to anyone and say im proud to be a coldplay fan.

AP history went well last friday. i was really worried about it but it turned out to be ok. Today i had AP English and it was kind of hard. really stupid essays... and friday I have AP latin which is my final exam. i really don't think i'm going to do well but you never know.... I JUST WANT TO BE DONNNE.

ok this is off topic... but if i entered the contest for the MSG show from like my sister's and mom's and dad's email addresses... do you think there is ANY chance they would notice like... the same last name and disqualify me? i obvioulsy want to increase my chances but im not gunna do it if it means losing any chance at all....

i'm definately going to boston. i'm still considering going to hartford or another show from the first leg but i'm not sure.... i wish the MSG contest winners were announced before the shows for the first leg went on sale because that is whats influencing my decision.

ugh it would be better if these presales were through coldplay.com so they would actually give the REAL fans an advantage.

dunno... in the past i think it has been... but they havent announced anything about one yet... keep your fingers crossed!

everytime i have every bought tickets for a show through ticketmaster (not just coldplay) they have gone on sale at 10am. but if there is a presale (which hopefully there will be) i'm guessing iit would be later in the day and it would obviously be an earlier date anyway.

i laughed out loud when i saw the title of this thread we haven't heard LP4 yet.... i can't even FATHOM thoughts of LP5! haha :laugh3:
