THIS is a very exciting thread!!!! Thanks for posting it.. I was really unaware of the genre and when I look threw my collection of CDs and folders I see that Im a fan of The Verve, The Cure, The Smashing Pumpkins (Dream being their greatest album), Depeche Mode, Cocteau Twins, and many others I might consider the genre "Shoegaze"... When I was reading about CSC on VLVorDAAHF being "shoegazer like", I wasn't exactly sure what it meant. This might be the United States citizen coming out. Thanks again, for turning me on to it! Im finally going to brake down and give My Bloody Valentine a serious listening again. Ive only heard them once.

After weeks of having both I still like the accoustic version better.

I smoke like a chimney and wish I never started... Have tried stopping on several occasion and havent been very good at it. Ive tried chantix and the patch. The patch worked better. Chantix made me want to throw up all the time. The patch gave me crazy dreams and I drooled all over my pillow at night. (TMI) sorry I do believe I will quit one day though. Many of my friends do not smoke or have quit with success so Ive got a group around me to help. I just need the will power to make it happen for myself. Its such a damn crutch....
