I'm... somewhat in a similar situation to yourself. Have a crush on another and flirt a fair bit with him and whatnot. This started before my relationship, we were mucking about and stuffs (not now tho). Thought the infatuation was over when I started dating my current bf, but apparently not. I've already had situations where I screwed up and I should have been dumped... but somehow my bf agreed to work with each other through it. I would suggest that, tbh... even if you don't want to hurt those girls, you're going to hurt them way more if you wait or don't tell them at all and it all inevitably catches up to ye.

I'm not going to bother a lengthy response to the silly logic - sorry, non-logic used above -_- I agree, to an extent. For me, X&Y was not entirely horrid. It still had its enjoyable moments. Viva does have enjoyable moments but they are few and far between.

Sleep, you are doing it purely by calendar and in technical terms. People generally don't take too much heed to the technical side of things in social situations, so both are acceptable (usually the latter is used)
