I heard about this on the radio and was actually surprised that it was a news story - we have the highest teenage pregnancy rate in Europe and they don't all make headlines. But seeing the posed-for photo from the tabloid newspaper, I guess this "couple" must have sold their story, which makes the whole thing even more sad. I think they've really been let down by the adults in their life and now it seems like their being exploited by them too. Very sad.

What happens next... Ok folks. We ended up with 27 recruits – that being an odd number, I took myself out of the equation. I’ll act as first reserve and make a back up mix for anyone who gets stood up. I think the beauty of the Mixtape Exchange is that it gives people the chance to discover new and wonderful sounds. With that in mind, I tired to pair people up with someone who lived far away from them. I wrote the names of all the Europeans on orange card and put them in one glass(there were 13 in total). I wrote the names of all the other players on yellow card (we have 8 from the America’s, 2 from the Middle East, and 1 Aussie). I couldn’t determine where one player came from, and one other signed up at the last minute, so they also went in to this pot. After that I made the draw... twice: once to see who you’d each send to, and once to see who you’ll each recieve from. This weekend you will each find a PM from me with the name of who you are making a mix for. PLEASE DO NOT REVEAL WHO YOUR PARTNER IS. Once you have made your mix, upload it, and PM the link to me. I will send it on to your partner, and hopefully they will listen and enjoy. After they have posted their review of your mix in the thread, it’s time to unmask yourself and reveal your secret identity! Please make your mix in the next two weeks. The deadline for getting links to me is Sunday 1st March (11pm GMT) Happy exchanging!

If we all promise to behave ourselves, will you two make up? Lore & Chelsea, you two have done AMAZING work and this project would never have worked without you. It's been so much fun, because it's brought us all so much closer together. I would hate it, if right at the end, when we can finally celebrate, there would be any bad feeling amongst any of us. Monday should be an awesome day for us all, but especially you two. And if we've all gone a little mad over the last couple of days, it's just because we're so excited about this fabulous project reaching it's conclusion.
