That's because like I said before in the Foro Sol the section closer to the stage in some concerts is called "Platino" which has numbered seats and in other concerts is called "General A" which is general admission standing... in the case of the Jonas Brothers they used the platino section and that's why the tickets are expensive (well, extremely expensive because i wouldn't pay not even a peso for the Jonas Brothers ;) ) for example in Madonna's concert those seats cost almost 4000 pesos (296 dlls and in fact as that concert happened before the peso devaluation actually were 380 dlls). I think that if they use platino (I hope not) the tickets will cost more than 2000 pesos and if is General A they'll cost between 1000-1400 pesos... anyway who cares!!! It's Coldplay!!! I'll pay anything for them :P

Example of Foro Sol GA Section prices: Radiohead: 1100 pesos - 81 dlls Metallica: 980 pesos - 73 dlls Depeche Mode: 1180 pesos - 87 dlls So I think (and hope they won't be more expensive) Coldplay's tickets will be something like that

I'm going to this one!!!!! My favorite band playing 5 blocks away from my house!!! Now we have to wait for the prices, and I really hope they use the "General A" section (like Radiohead or Metallica) for the front places because if they chose to use the stupid "Platino" section (like Madonna) it will be more expensive, more boring and with all those stupid snobs seating at the front... Do you think they'll open another date in Mexico City??, if not I think i'll go to Guadalajara too :)

The first version is ok, It's similar to the itunes commercial, but with other special effects, I remember when it came out I thought... I wish the official video would be something similar to this, but at the same time I also wished it to be a really epic video with a nice history and a lot of actors, I think I miss my second thought :cry: The second version is excellent, I really like it, Chris looks so cute as a king, and Guy's face at the end is hilarious. I wish this version is the one played on TV, but I think that’s not gonna happen, besides I can see all these Coldplay-haters saying “now they have copied Depeche Mode's Enjoy the Silence”. :rolleyes:

Awesome news!! I hope that Mexico is part of South America for them :cool: I think that they will do an Australian Tour in February/March and then a Latin America Tour in March/April (I think I read a rumor in a blog or something that they'll come to Mexico in April 2009). Besides, in that times there is that other rumor that Radiohead will come to Latin America... it would be incredible awesome to see live Coldplay and Radiohead by the same days :P

Pues si yo también ayer fui a recoger CD y ya lo tengo en mis manitas. Compre la edición especial aunque tengo que decir que me decepciono un poco, aunque por lo que vi en algunos posts ya me imaginaba que la única diferencia sería el empaque y nada de contenido extra pero por la gran diferencia de precio entre las dos ediciones si me esperaba un empaque muy padre y un booklet con más paginas o algo así pero parece que todo es igual, el empaque aunque si esta bonito y original como que hasta lo veo más frágil que el de un CD normal, pero bueno uno que es fan obsesivo siempre piensas en “el más caro” :laugh3: P.D. El folio de mi litografía es el 328, por cierto esta muy padre.

This is stupid, that song barely resembles Viva la Vida, and if it would be true and if I were this guy I would be proud that Coldplay stole my crappy song and turned it into this awesome and beautiful one. Anyway, if we are going to talk about stealing songs, Coldplay should accuse a lot of people... I think Clocks is the most plagarized song of the last few years, I can think of 3 songs that sounds a lot like it, and I have heard a lot of commercial songs that sounds like a clone of it.

Something worse has just happened to me... I bought the album today and I put it on my PC to listen to it for the very first time and… MY VLVODAAHF CD HAS BROKE MY CD/DVD RW UNIT!!!!. :veryangry2: :veryangry2: :veryangry2: :veryangry2: I put it and started playing in Windows Media with no problems, but as I prefer Winamp I opened the tray and closed again to choose Winamp instead… but it couldn’t read it correctly and when I tried to open the tray again, it didn’t… I have to turn off my PC and use the famous “clip in the little hole” trick to get my CD back… And I turned on my computer again but the tray didn’t close… when I push the button the led starts to blink but nothing else happens. :cry: I know this was probably a coincidence and my unit was going to broke anyway, because I use this unit almost everyday for burning DVDs (I download and burn a lot of TV series and movies to watch it on my DVD player) so probably this was a matter of time, but is really weird that when I put this CD this thing happened… and I almost never play music CDs on my computer I always listen to mp3, so If I put a music CD is only for ripping it.

I went to a mixup on saturday to buy on presale the album, and they didn't have it yet... they only gave me the card for downloading the 3 songs (nice to hear A Spell a Rebel Yell in a decent quality). I'm going to pick it up tomorrow and finally I will have VLVODAAHF in my hands and that nice litography (cool! they chose the same pic of my avatar)... I'm so happy :P .
