Lost was never leaked, but the acoustic version (chris and piano) was released. The actual one on the album is supposed to be more musical.

As far as I know there is nothing major other than "talk". Also Timbaland is not working with Coldplay on this album, and hopefully on any album in the future.

What part of the song VLV sounds like anything else out there in popular music? God damn it they used a damn orchestra for the song, who does that? selling out? hardly. Nelly Furtado sold out.

Anyone notice how on itunes now the album is being referred to only as "Viva La Vida" instead of "Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends" like before? Or is it just me?

Also in the US music store VLV is now Coldplay's most popular song, beating out Clocks! That song has had the top spot since forever.

I don't know why you guys say this is a pop song, Madonna/JT's "4 minutes" is a pop song, this is a beautiful piece of music.

They sound a little similar, but hardly a rip off, Viva is a much much much much better song.

But it was incredibly overhyped and over marketed.

The album now is #2 on Itunes US store, and it isn't even out yet! It's ahead of Madonna's new album.

Has anyone noticed how Violet Hill is the track after this one on the album? I think the ending of Viva la Vida is supposed to flow into Violet Hill!

This song is so beautiful, it is certainly one of their best, if not their best yet! You can't find anything that comes remotely close on something like Madonna's new album.

Also I think we should all contribute and buy Violet Hill so it'll make the top ten list of songs on itunes. A good chunk of the top ten in the US store is currently trash that barely qualifies as music. Violet Hill deserves to be #1!

Yeah I would have toned down the guitar a bit and boosted the piano as well as reduce the BAM BAM BAM part by 2 BAMs. I think the song is of perfect length though.

Maybe because it's actually a two disc album :/
