I'm not normally a drinker, but, I'm at my best friend's house in Michigan and she took me out to the local dive bar to experience that which is her small Michigan town. It was all fine and good until I had this fateful shot of tequila. Now I am sober, alone, and sad that people can't hold their alcohol and act silly.

I wish it was as fun to drink! ;)

Pretty good, Chuck! I'm heading to the other side of Lake Michigan tomorrow. Hopefully it is as nice there as it has been here the past two days. :D

I'm in Chicago and haven't heard it yet, either. I would imagine the first station it would be played on would be WXRT, though.

I've noticed this, as well. For some reason, many of the celebrity gossip bloggers have been giving her a real what-for lately. The scrutiny these people have to deal with on a daily basis is scary. However, I do have to say that her recent choices is dress has been odd and overly revealing.

Hopefully! :) I've been perusing the forums and have enjoyed hearing about some new music. I think it's treally awesome that this is an international community. There were a few international members on the DMB boards, but they predominantly consisted of Americans.

Thank you, Thalia. I've heard that statement a lot since I entered my thirties. Perhaps by the time I make it to my forties, I'll actually believe it! :laugh3:

It's actually strange for me. I have been a participant in a message board similar to this for the Dave Matthews Band in the last six years. Whenever a new album would be released, there would be this huge surge of new accounts on the boards. I would always get irritated with the so-called 'newbies' that asked downright silly questions and would not engage in intellectual discourse about the band or their direction. Now the shoe is on the other foot. I hope that I don't come off as the DMB newbies did to me.

That's a bummer! ;)
