Currently there won't be a limited edition. However, if you pre-order the CD from Coldplay.com you'll get a few holographic stickers as a pre-order bonus. The Japanese get a bonus track on the album (Miracles, which was released last year as part of the Unbroken soundtrack) but that's because CD's are a lot more expensive over there. Also, I like the idea of having some incentive to buy the music physically, but only if they do it the right way. I don't like the way they tried boost bonus tracks on Ghost Stories, for instance. Ghost Story, All Your Friends and O (Reprise) were only available through Target, a chain of stores that's only active in the US and doesn't ship internationally either. I would've really liked it if I could buy it here in the Netherlands as well. As a consolation prize they later released those tracks as part of the A Sky Full of Stars EP, but that didn't get a physical CD release here in the Netherlands either. Eventually I managed to import it from Germany, but I still don't like the fact that I have to go to so much trouble to get those tracks on a CD. So if Coldplay, or any band for that matter, decide to do some incentive to boost physical sales I'd prefer some deluxe packaging or booklet over bonus tracks.

I don't know, I'm really bad at labeling genres. I just called it hip hop :D By the way, I'm really wondering when we'll hear Hymn for the Weekend! I expected it to debut at Zane's show but it turned out to be Everglow. Tomorrow would make sense since it's the official single release day in the music industry, but we've also got the AOAL video incoming and I think releasing both on the same day would either cause media to ignore the vid and focus on HFTW or the other way around. Monday would make sense as well, to give the AHFOD pre-ordres a final push in their last week before the release... What do you guys and girls think?

It's admission for the Nordkurve :D The Nordkurve is the short side of the stadium opposite of where the the stadium is located. So if you want to be as far away from the action but still want to go to the concert, then the Nordkurve is the way to go.

If I were a snazzy reporter I'd ask him if it was awkward to have both Annabelle and Gwyneth in the studio at the same time, especially for Annabelle.

Don't we all? But it's not realistic to expect a leak so early. With high profile releases they tend to ship the CD's to the stores as close to the release date as possible. So anywhere from monday until thursday would be a realistic timeframe.

If he wanted it to stay private, he shouldn't have admitted that GS was about his and GP's break up. And the fact that she sings on Everglow and Annabelle is part of the background choir in some of the songs is going to raise some questions as well.

I am actually pretty excited for this song. I like it when Coldplay try new things, it's one of the main reasons I like the band so much. A hip hop song is something we haven't seen them do before. Princess of China was too poppy to be considered hip hop and Lost+ was just an existing Jay-Z verse slapped onto an extended version of Lost! so I won't count that either. Really excited to see if they're able to pull it off!

It's about god damn time the Dutch start celebrating thanksgiving as well. I wouldn't mind having a few extra days off and a reason to cook one of those fancy meals.
