It's proper chucking it down in London. I've just watched the 5minute thingie on bbc1 where they said they're hopeful for play this afternoon, but it doesn't look promising. :( Also that Andrew Castle has been getting on my nerves all week. He's proper annoying, I wish they'd get rid of him.

No, I didn't bother with any vids, I wanted to get photos instead and anyway I couldn't have stood still long enough to film anything properly. I was dancing, man  :cheesy: I've found a couple of good 'uns from the pit at Manchester tho, short but fairly close up to the stage, so you can see Tom's stonewashed demin jacket, haha very 1980s ;) [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_VRPianFy8o]YouTube - Kasabian - Club Foot[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYb1gFxCIqQ]YouTube - Kasabian - Where Did All The Love Go[/ame] Liz, here's a good one of Velociraptor, from Leeds tho not Manc. I just put a few pics on tumblr. I can't be arsed resizing them for here. Ok, yes details :D Setlist: Club Foot Where Did All The Love Go? Underdog Shoot The Runner Velociraptor! Cutt Off Thick As Thieves Take Aim Empire The Doberman Fast Fuse Pulp Fiction theme Vlad The Impaler L.S.F. (Lost Souls Forever) Encore: Switchblade Smiles Stuntman/I Feel Love Fire It was just tune after tune after tune; it's an incredible setlist. They came out all guns blazing and kept the momentum going pretty much all the way thru. Thick as Thieves was a nice, slightly quieter interlude, but then Take Aim I thought was a bit dull. Serge is great but he just doesn't have the same stage presence as Tom, he did try to get the crowd going a bit, but a lot of people only seemed to know the words to the chorus. In fact a lot a of people round us only seemed to really know the West Ryder songs and one or two others. But on the whole the crowd were pretty wild and energetic. Tom said we were the best crowd of the four gigs  but they always say that don't they? He didn't tell us we were "fuckin' Empire" tho, I felt cheated! :snobby: The Doberman was one of my faves, I love that song anyway, but it just seemed to go on for ages, like they didn't want to finish the song. Vlad was the absolute best one tho, totally mental. The new songs were good, and fitted in with the rest of the set perfectly, I can see why they are so keen to get the songs out there and heard. Altho, maybe a bit of a mixed reaction from the crowd, especially Velociraptor (which is totally bonkers btw), cos they are so new and a bit different. Switchblade Smiles was really quite techno, like being at a rave. And I'm sure Tom had the words for that one taped to the floor  Ummm what else d'ya wanna know..? Serge's hair really is freaking hideous. It's awful. Tom's glasses looked a bit silly, but thankfully he took 'em off after a bit. Tom was on absolute top form, bounding around, hardly ever stood still. Totally mesmerising to watch. Every time he stood on the drum riser, I half expected him to do a back flip or something. There was a couple of times Serge came up and said something to him mid-song and he didn't even notice, he was just lost in the moment. Anyway, it was amazing. I wanna do it again :bigcry:
