I find it a bit hard to be excited about single releases anymore...now without any b-sides and probably no vinyl release either. There is like nothing special about it except it will make people who have not bought the album hear yet another song from it in the radio, which is good for sales of course. But all we are left with is a video to look forward to....which yeah is cool, but I sure miss the "goodies" that used to come with single releases in the past. Here´s to hoping they will come back.

You´re not the only one. What Adele does in the carpool karaoke video is rapping hehe Not what Chris does in XMTS, I agree. Its a monotone singing, you can probably narrow it down to very few notes, but there are notes in there, musical tones, not just words. So I would classify it as a.....rap-wannabe style of singing *lol*

The poll to choose the album ends this Sunday so we can maybe arrange for next weekend :)

Oh ok. :) well if that's the case I need to find a gif that says "yeees !!" Lol I was lucky enough to see PoC live with Rihanna and it was an absolute treat. Whatever you think of their individual music both Rihanna and Beyonce are imo excellent vocalists so I for one certainly would jump at the thought of seeing them both at the SuperBowl with our boys :)

Well those people would be pretty silly then :) American football like baseball are mostly american games, no wonder we dont know much about them here in Europe...Handball for example is pretty massive in Denmark, but my mum in Italy doesn't know anything about it hehe Different countries, different sport cultures.

And I read on twitter (Atlas project or others?) that Rihanna is rumoured to be a special guest? If it´s true, it will be absolutely memorable. Most probably the only time where both PoC and Hymn will be sung live with their original guest artists. I hope it will be so. I cant wait :dance:

I disagree. From what I understood from the Pepsi "diary", this Superbowl will be extra special so no wonder they are bringing their A game and as many big names as possible. And secondly from what I gathered its quite normal and usual for the Superbowl main artist to feature special guests. Actually I think its telling that Superbowl asked Coldplay to feature in this very special occasion (50th Superbowl). Its an extra prestigious invitation.

Yeah I left out Ghost Stores live too, but the truth is that I had meant only to include studio albums this time around (saving the live ones for later) but because you guys had been talking about Live 2012 I decided to include it.
