  1. Haha, I'll think I'll sing that when I'm going to Coldplay shows from now on. :D
  2. What Mich said. :P Great video.
  3. Exciting! Can't wait to hear it. I'll be bummed if they play more than one new track on the festivals, though, as I'm not going to attend any. So basically, this: :freak: This!
  4. OH MY GOODNESS! This is sooooo exciting!!!!! :freak:    WTF have they done to Chris' hair, though? :wtf: You can't give him Guy hair. :stunned: I probably just have to get used to it. :P I like the outfits. :) I don't like the cover font so much... It seems so 80s/90s I'm just waiting for a boomblaster and MC Hammer to show up. :uhoh: Not necessarily a bad thing, but not really Coldplay, so I'm interested to see this work. Everything else I like so far - it's very exciting!
  5. Hi Nancy. :nice: Wow. Is this heaven? :surprised: :) Antonia! Yes indeed, I am. :D Glad to see you too. :) I need to get a certain amount of CPing into my daily life. :P Well said. :)
  6. I'm so excited!!!! I really think you've got good points in the whole spacey-star-trek-whale-alien theory. Well done! That's brilliant. I like how they know they can play with us - they know we will (over)analyse every little detail they put out and we do. It's much fun, actually! :D About the lyrics - I have no fear whatsoever. Of course they will not drastically change genre. They've done 4 great albums so far, I think we can trust their own judgement on their own music this time too. They have so many people working with them that I find it unbelievable if no one pointed out that they did not sound anything like Coldplay any more if that was the case. They haven't disappointed me so far, so I don't see signs of them doing it now. Especially not since they have gone so much overtime with this album.
  7. My guess is that most of the fans of Coldplay, Adele, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Kings of Leon are females while Nirvana, Metallica, Linkin Park, Kanye West and Gorillaz generally have more male fans. It is not a secret that - generally speaking - it takes less for a man wanting to have sex with a woman than it does the other way round. I think the survey leaves the gender matter out. I mean, they must have been able to tell if the people answering were male or female... Anyway, at first thought I took the survey result as a compliment. :P Although, had that first date been with Chris Martin... :D
  8. Nooo, the autumn? :( But they're playing all those festivals! How many months can it take to choose which of the songs should be on the album? No offence.
  9. I don't know who they are. I'm pleased for Guy getting to produce and be a mentor. It sounds like something he enjoys. :nice:
  10. Awesome. :D Ooh, and Chris looks goood. :drunk: Isn't it surreal how you can see that his eyes are blue in that little picture? :o
  11. Thank goodness that it changed around 2:00, because up till then I honestly thought it was boring. Yeah yeah, I know she had her "soul into it", but it bored me nonetheless and the one tone repeated began to annoy me. Fortunately it got quite good after that. :) She obviously has a great voice and did it pretty beautifully towards the end, where you really could hear what it was a cover off. I'm not a really big fan of covers that are so abstract that you can only recognize the song by a couple of words, I guess. Unless it's a very interesting, determined change of melody.
  12. During this holiday I've read Looking for Alaska by (YouTube Vlogbrother) John Green, which I really really like, and The Tales of Beedle the Bard by J.K. Rowling, which is great if you're a Harry Potter fan. Now I'm (yet another time) trying to get through The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis.
  13. Great concept! Congratulations, fsa! :nice:
  14. Merry Chrismas (yes, I spelled it like that on purpose. ;)) to all my fellow Chrissygirls!!! :nice:

  16. Quick drop by to say that Charm In Stir is an anagram made of the name Chris Martin. That explains him really well indeed, I think. ;) :wacky:
  17. I watch toooo many YouTube videos! :P I've recently become a Nerdfighter as I've begun watching ALL of the vlogbrothers' video from the start (it's going to take aaaages! :stunned:)! They're some of my favourites. My favourite channels/people in no particular order: RayWilliamJohnson (hilarious) vlogbrothers MysteryGuitarMan JoshSundquist (check him out! He's so cool!) Quite a few makeup gurus and other tutorial makers blackboxtv (check it out! It's so professional!) communitychannel (although I find her older videos funnier) I also like charlieissocoollike KassemG ShaneDawson's channels (I've had a lot of great laughs) RhettandLink JulianSmith87 and recently brought up by TheStation: ViHart. A genius mathmusician. Tobuscus TotallySketch Shaytards meekakitty (I like her older videos better) dermTVdotcom (I find him very helpful :nice:) Today Kassem G included my question in his AsKassem! :o It's really gross though, I do not recommend watching it. :P
  18. Haha, nice drawing. :P "the cute butt"
  19. I agree to your whole post, Kimmie. :) I'm glad you had a great night! It was the same for me at Wembley. I was in about 8th or 9th row, which I was not satisfied with. All of the Coldplayers upfront were screaming at Miller and this guy next to me sounded like he thought they were freaks for cheering for "just" a roadie. That was when I was certain I was too far away from the stage, when I was among such people. Actually, I think I thought "What is he doing all the way up here?" He never seemed like that hardcore of a fan during the concert either. [/rant, sorry. :P] This! +1 I stayed at home because I had too many things to do already and school, but I might have gone if I knew for certain (not only had the suspicion) that Coldplay would be there. They weren't really there, but no one can blame them as they did not promise that at all. :) It's really very sweet of Phil (and Miller and McGinn) to do the Q and A's this way after all. :nice: I feel the same way, actually, so to me it makes perfect sense somehow. :)
  20. Congrats! Sounds cool. I'm behind here... What's your artist name?
  21. I could finally get it from iTunes! It's downloaded now! :D
