Das is genau das, was ich hier nicht schreiben wollte :lol: Is bei mir nie gemacht worden, hab aber auch immer nur gehört, dass es nich grade angenehm is...

Bei mir war das immer wieder, mehrmals im Jahr, seit ich 16 war... Bin dann aber erst ca. 6 Jahre später operiert worden, wie gesagt, weil mein Hausarzt es nich für nötig gehalten hat, mal zu hinterfragen, warum ich ständig krank bin. Irgendwann wurden die Antibiotika so stark, dass ich mich erbrochen hab etc., keine schöne Zeit. Seitdem hatte ich nie wieder so ne schlimme Erkältung wie vor der Operation :dance: Du bist ja aber schon ausgewachsen und hattest das vorher nich, deshalb wirste wohl kaum das gleiche wie ich haben. Ich hatte immer son starkes dumpfes Druckgefühl auf den Wangen, nie stechenden Schmerz. :thinking: So ähnlich wie Weisheitszähne die wachsen, nur oben unter den Augen bis runter zur Nase. Nasenspray is ne temporäre Hilfe, um den Gang freizukriegen, aber keine permanente Lösung. Bin ja kein Arzt hahaha, hab das aber jahrelang mitgemacht, empfehl dir deshalb direkt ne Überweisung zum HNO zu holen, der wird wohl Antibiotika verschreiben... Es gibt auch andere Möglichkeiten, die Nebenhöhlen freizukriegen, aber das erklärt dir dann besser der Arzt! :uhoh:

Das tut mir leid! :hug: Ich hatte die ganzen Nebenhöhlen auch mal tierisch entzündet, mein HNO hat dann festgestellt, dass der Gang zu den Nebenhöhlen zu klein ist und ich deshalb ne chronische Entzündung dort hatte. Dann hab ich eine Woche lang Antibiotika genommen so dass die Entzündung weggeht, danach hab ich mich operieren lassen. Hatte tierisch Schiss, aber nachdem ich einen Monat lang krank war, hab ich der Operation dann doch zugestimmt. Hab das NIE bereut! Die Woche im Krankenhaus war nich so schön, aber als dann die Tamponaden gezogen worden sind, hab ich zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben richtig Luft gekriegt!! Bei mir wurde die Nasenscheidewand begradigt, die Nasenmuscheln verkleinert und der Gang zu den Nebenhöhlen erweitert. 3in1 sozusagen. Geh auf jeden Fall direkt zum HNO!! Mit Hausärzten hab ich schlechte Erfahrungen. Meiner hatte mir jahrelang Antibiotika verschrieben, obwohl ein Blick in die Nase beim HNO ausgereicht hat, mich für immer von diesen scheiß-nie-endenden Erkältungen zu befreien! Ich würde sagen, dass Wärme besser ist. Hast du so ne rote Wärmelampe? Die hat mir immer geholfen, wenn ich krank war. Da kann sich der Schleim lösen, wenn du Glück hast. :)
