I haven't been there myself... but http://www.tfl.gov.uk suggests the bus. Insert # From: Agincourt Road (x) Mansfield Road # To: Violet Hill (middle) and it says it's a 36 mins bus ride and then walking from Queens Grove to Violet Hill. TFL doesn't suggest the trains, and it says "Planned engineering works are taking place" for the Northern Line... Hope that suggestion wasn't too obvious.

Thanks for your replies! Yes, it really is harder to sell them on ebay this way... But even if you want to go yourself - I'd never trust the mail service. Because of a G8 summit last year I couldn't go to a concert (they controlled every single letter and this caused delays). I'll see Coldplay on Dec 14th!! (Thanks to Mark!!)

Mark, I was surprised when you said that you don't have your tickets yet, but made a little search around the web... and does that actually mean nobody has got their tickets in printed form?? Is that normal in the UK that you don't get the tickets sent immediately after buying? I haven't been to many concerts... so I always thought it works the way that they will be sent to you straight after buying. Is there a reason for that? I mean, you already know where the seats are - why do the promoters not print the tickets?? Hopefully these questions are not too stupid, but I am very curious!! Thanks a lot in advance for any reply...

I'm already excited and we're still in planning status... This is just SUCH a GREAT idea. Full stop!! I think the PO Box is the best solution. I don't have payPal but I hope with the help of another German coldplayer who has payPal I can pay my part of the costs. Concerning the delivery: I really don't think it would be good to hand them over during a gig. I fear that the postcards -no matter how many there will be- could go lost in the whirlpool of events (if that is the correct expression). I guess there's so much hectic behind the stage and everybody has his tasks and time schedule that they won't be appreciated as much as they deserve. Asking for help or advice from Debs is the best option to me. So let's settle for a design template (project identification sign etc) as fast as possible, so we can already prepare our cards and when the "Go" comes - we just have to add the address and put them into the mailbox! Hallo! Viel Spaß beim Konzert, Sarah!! Wenn ihr Hunger habt und Japanisches Essen magt, empfehl ich das "Misato", 11 Wardour Street. Direkt am Leicester Square. Man muss manchmal anstehen, um reinzukommen, es lohnt sich aber! Is auch nicht teuer. Ich empfehle Chicken Katsu Curry oder die Sashimi Bento Box!!!! Ich muss mich nur mal ganz kurz aufregen: Stimmt ihr auch auf der MTV Seite für die EMAs ab? Is ja ganz ok, dass MTV die Kategorien auf Deutsch übersetzt hat - aber so schlecht? "Süchtig machendster Track"?? Also entweder ganz oder gar nicht. Meinetwegen "Süchtig machendstes Lied", was auch unglaublich holprig klingt. Und "Act" passt auch nicht. Vielleicht bin ich da ja zu streng, aber die Übersetzungen sind meiner Meinung nach total misslungen. So, das musste raus, jetzt kann ich schlafen gehen :) Gute Nacht!

... when your co-workers FORBID you to play Coldplay!! I work in a cinema and they said they can't hear it anymore, I can only listen to them when I'm on my own... :angry: ... when you can't really tell someone (or especially your mother) what you did all day. They just wouldn't understand that it is easily possible to spend a whole day on coldplaying while listening to coldplay, watching Youtube Videos about Coldplay in the meantime:D

Those are all great, thanks! I can't read all those songtexts without singing them in my mind!! I can't even read them at my normal reading pace... Normally you can read words fast, but when I see a songtext like here "Yellow" - I just CAN'T read it without singing the lines in my mind. I know it's OT but I'm always fascinated of how brains work... (I study Psychology :))
