Mon cher Paolo a fait la même chose sur sa dernière tournée UK avec la même société (concert live). It's the same word in french :D Gala should hire us as informants... :rolleyes: As for Gwyn's diet, I've started the Tracy Anderson's mat method (I gave up on the dance aerobic...too complicated :lol:). It's good for the arm section and legs but there is a lot of movements that I found not really good, meaning 'safe', (espacially for your back). Plus, she don't get much tips on how to get your posture right and her own posture is sometimes wrong (judging by what the few fitness trainer I've had the 'pleasure' to work with said about certain postures)... And the warm up is weird (not warm up for head, arms, ankles or shoulders..WTF is that ???) She's a former dancer and not a sport teacher and it shows. It's not for people who never had fitness before and 4/6 times a week is just impossible to do!! (at least for someone with a normal schedule). The complete sequence (dance aerobic+mat method) takes more than 2 hours!!). Gwyn said in the end of the video that she told her friends who don't have the time that 'you had to make it happen' but nobody has servants like her to do your chores while you're working out... :dozey:
