This part is not as epic in the studio version. Listen to that. That part would have been the best part on all of MX but on the studio version it's so weak. Why wouldn't they make it sound massive like the live version?

I can see the similarities.

I guess the closest I've gotten to tearing up is the ending of Up With the Birds just because it makes me so happy.

You guys ever wake up in the morning during the winter thinking you have school... You have the awful feeling like "Shit, I'm so tired and now I have to get out of bed and go to this awful place" and then realize, "OH WAIT. We have a snow day!" That fast transition from sadness to happiness is an amazing feeling. Sometimes for some reason in the middle of the night I'll wake up and have that feeling that school is the next day and then suddenly I remember that it is the weekend and I get so happy. I LOVE THIS FEELING SO MUCH. Sometimes I set my alarm clock for 6:30 AM on a Saturday (like how I do when there is school) just to wake up, realize it's not a school day and go back to sleep. BUT IT'S NOT THE SAME. I don't really get that feeling. I know it is the weekend somehow immediately when I wake up. I wake up to my alarm clock and say, "It's the weekend. Why did I set my alarm?", turn it off and go to sleep. It's not the same feeling. Is there any way I can trick my body into thinking I have school when I wake up, just to realize that it is the weekend? :stunned: Pretty weird question I know...

We have Halloween day at school for Seniors where everybody gets to dress up for the day so I needed a really good costume. Anyway, I tried buying the Chris elephant one but it wouldn't ship to the US so I had to settle for this... Live it sounded massive and it was my favorite part of the song. But on the studio version it sounds sooooo weak. Anyone else really disappointed by that part?

There is no Jonny electric guitar during the verses which makes it feel emptier. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. All I know is that this song is realllllly good :)

The guitar isn't perfect and there are some other things that I wish were better. The song isn't perfect but it still deserves a 10.

I only heard this song once so far and I was shocked at the sound. I liked it a lot though. It was crazy though, like I didn't know what was going on. What was the chorus? Verses? I didn't know what was happening. I gotta listen again... But... I could barely hear the vocals at all. That may have been why I didn't know what was going on lol... YEAH! It does sound a lot like the Killers. Which is good.

I thought the "light a fire" part would be more epic and louder but it wasn't. Kinda disappointed about that but it's still very good. I'd give it an 8.
