Paradise parody ;)
It's really good, a lot like the original. I think I'd like it more if Bigfoot wasn't so scary looking though!

myloxyloto.com (the site for the digital tourpack? links to wristbands)
That's a good point. What's the likelihood that the CB video will feature a crowd with the glowbands? They might have chosen the song for the first glowbands video for a reason. :wink3:

Wow what an amazing moment when the glowbands come on at the start of MX! Brilliant little video. Also, notice how they've spelt the album name wrong (Mylo Xylo) on the lyrics book!

[4-Dec-2011] Coldplay @ MEN Arena, Manchester, UK
The venue looks fantastic, like the way the stadium goes all the way around the back of the stage as well (unlike the 02 arena). Think the 360 stage is a good idea, and at least it's still at one end rather than U2 who had it dead in the middle.

[3-Dec-2011] Coldplay @ SECC, Glasgow, Scotland
Nice t-shirt, thanks for the photo's. Really like the way the tour dates are written on the back. Don't think it needs the big Coldplay Mylo Xyloto writing on the front but I'll still get one!

[3-Dec-2011] Coldplay @ SECC, Glasgow, Scotland
Anyone buy a t-shirt or get a picture of the merchandise stands? £30 seems a bit steep but was wondering what the designs were, if they had any new ones, or if the tour dates were on the back.

Radio-controlled glowbands (wristbands) for live shows EPIC!
How can so many people be on their camera's when they're near the front row and Charlie Brown is on?! Love the wristbands though! Hope they do them at Emirates...

Happy Christmas from EMI - enter their image competition now!
Emile Sande in the big picture at the back!

ITV: Coldplay confirmed to perform on X Factor Final on Sunday 11th December at Wembley Arena
Like a lot of other people, if they do Charlie Brown I'll be happy; It's a quality song and needs to be heard by the masses. But if they do Paradise or ETIAW I won't be.

ITV: Coldplay confirmed to perform on X Factor Final on Sunday 11th December at Wembley Arena
It certainly seems that none of the contestants would match Coldplay well. Just found this...This is what the UK X Factor is missing! [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZKgzQnfYjc]ROCHELLE - Clocks [ Coldplay ] { de meest constante factor in X-factor 2011 - YouTube[/ame]

Vote for Mylo Xyloto as NMEs Album of the Year
Fed up of seeing Coldplay being criticised by NME. Let's all give MX 10 stars! (and all the rest 1!) http://www.nme.com/ratemy/251892/albums-of-the-year-2011#76

Charlie Brown New Single - Third single
The CB one looks legit to be honest. Expect an announcement soon I think... :P

'Princess Of China' covers thread
The singing isn't great but I love the guitars, reminds me a bit of a Travis song some of it. Wish the instrumentals in the real one was more like this!

AROBTTH vs. Mylo Xyloto
AROBTTH wins them all for me. Guess that puts MX in its place! Really hard to separate God Put and Charlie Brown though! And Daylight or Major Minus was a close one.

[10-Jun-2012] Coldplay @ Etihad Stadium, Manchester, UK (warning: m'cr will be busy see P7)
This is getting big! Great stuff :D

Mylo Xyloto or Viva la Vida?
I'd answer MX to all of the apart from artwork. I think the music is better, actually more coldplayish. Prefer CB (which still should be the big single) to VLV. The clothing is usually better for MX, altho I don't like the over colourful stuff that Chris sometimes wears. I was never a big fan of the VLV clothing, especially the brighter coloured jackets! Darker ones looked OK as a big of a change. Concerts are definitely better in MX era. All coldplay concerts are incredible but the MX songs are better live than the VLV ones generally. MM, CB, HLH all incredible live. Think there are more lasers this time which are good, less confetti as well. Plus GPASUYF is amazing at the moment! But the VLV artwork is better. MX artwork is a bit messy, altho I like the grey MX cover. The VLV painting was such an iconic choice for the cover and the single covers were a bit more interesting than walls of graffiti every time.

[Support Announced - See First Post] Who do we think the support will be?
I guess like Wembley in 09 they'll go for a mix of pop and alternative rock. Rihanna possibly, would be very similar to Jay Z. As for the more rock stuff, bands like Snow Patrol (doubtful), Keane, Athlete, Editors, Feeder, Franz Ferdinand etc. would love any of these. Or a curveball. How about David Gray? Travis comeback? R.E.M. reunion?! (got a bit excited there..)

Live is For Living Glastonbury
I think you're referring to the addition which Chris makes to Life is for Living. As far as I know it's not another song, but just extra lyrics which were never included on the studio version.

[2-Jun-2012] Coldplay @ Emirates Stadium, London, UK
Just got 4 tickets! The site was crashing due to traffic at 9am but obviously it wasn't enough to sell out straight away, although I've just seen the general admission priority tickets have sold out. £223 is a lot to come out of a student's back account!! Now I've just got to pray that an exam doesn't get scheduled for that day...

Coldplay feature in new O2 ad campaign
Absolutely brilliant! Why the hell don't these guys make the music videos! Infinitely better than the ETIAW and Paradise ones.
