I run into this problem with my dad every year. After many years of the same thing, I've pretty much just given up all hope as far as Father's Day presents are concerned. We (meaning my brothers and I) don't ever know what to get him, Dad doesn't ever specify that he wants anything, and when we do get him something, instead of being grateful, he scoffs, asks, "What's this for?" and makes complaints about it. He's hopeless. :| But yeah. I hope your dad is nicer/more receptive about such things than my dad is.

^ Yeah, I saw that in my Facebook news feed. :D In other news, I don't know if any of you guys are in the Facebook group "The Cydonian School for Musers," but this week, they've decided to open a new admin slot and are having a competition to determine who it will be. Round Three started today, and it's between me and four other people. The last person standing wins, unless there is more than one person at the end, in which case the person will be picked in a random drawing. Wish me luck!

You can't possibly know that. Yeah, it's your interpretation, which is fine, but you can't say that's precisely what it means unless you went and had a discussion with Chris Martin about what he meant by that, and I really don't think that situation is plausible at all.
