MUSICIANS WELCOME!!! "How We See The World" Project - A New Beginning?
Public domain music? Does this mean that I could perform some classical music for the compilation? If so, I can think of a Schumann piano piece I could record straight away. :cheesy:

Sherlock (TV Series)
^ :freak: So much stuff at once! I'm still trying to get used to "Sherlock." Slow down. Speaking of which, ever since I watched Series 2, I've had "Stayin' Alive" stuck in my head quite often, and I always have images of Moriarty stuck in my head. I can't have one without the other. Is that bad? :uhoh:

The Muse Thread - Hate This & I'll Hate You
Actually, more than One Direction and The Spice Girls, I was annoyed that we got Jessie J twice. Surely they could've cut one of those performances and replaced it with Muse? BUT NO. I had to sit there and watch her butcher two classic songs. I was particularly perturbed with the Queen thing. (Actually, perhaps some of the blame should go to the remainder of Queen for even agreeing to do this, but even so...)

Everything Olympics 2012
They're going to have the coverage for the next two Olympics as well, though. :bigcry:

Everything Olympics 2012
I agree with this. I don't like Russell Brand to begin with, but this was ridiculous. I hated it. Yeah, more or less. I wouldn't have minded as much if they had put on music I actually liked. Do I want One Direction? Absolutely not. THIS. I really can't stand her, and to get her twice in one go...UGH. Not to mention that one of those times included a collaboration with Tinie Tempah. Oh yeah, I had forgotten about that bit. I quite enjoyed that. Opening ceremony >>>>> closing ceremony. Also, NBC's coverage sucks. I didn't get to see Muse's portion at all. (It was THE reason I was watching this in the first place. SO MAD.) They also left off the ending by The Who, which was really annoying because Bob Costas mentioned they would perform. They mentioned it at the very end, then said they would go straight to the premiere of "Animal Practice" and went off-air without showing them. Don't go saying someone is performing, just to not show them. Oh well. Thank goodness for YouTube.

The Muse Thread - Hate This & I'll Hate You
Well, they cut it. NBC fucking cut Muse from the fucking ceremony. I sat there for 2 1/2 hours, during which I watched Pet Shop Boys, One Direction, Russell Brand, Tinie Tempah, Jessie J, and Beady Eye, none of which I like. You force me to watch that, yet you don't acknowledge Elbow's contribution during the gathering of the nations, and you don't air Muse at all. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!? Sorry, but they're the reason I even bothered to watch the ceremony, and the fact that I didn't get to see them really pisses me off.

^ I wish I could say that, but I'm getting a prerecorded version later, at 7:30 pm (which is 1:30 am in London time, I believe).

Rate the latest movie you've seen
"Terminator Salvation"-5/10 It's alright, but nothing to make a huge fuss about. I'm confused as to why Christian Bale got top billing for this when Sam Worthington seemed to have a bigger presence in the movie. I'm not speaking against Christian, so much as the people who made this movie. The original Terminator trilogy talks about the importance of John Connor, yet in this movie, the scripting doesn't show that. This is why people are coming to the conclusion that Sam Worthington outshone Christian Bale in this movie. Well, of course it's going to seem that way, if you give Sam Worthington this pivotal role of a robot with a heart and give Christian Bale the role of someone who's supposed to be important, but doesn't show to be as important as we were initially led.

Sherlock (TV Series)
I have a confession to make. As much as I talked about Benedict Cumberbatch in my other post, I think I've really developed a thing for Andrew Scott. WHAT IS THIS I DON'T EVEN :bigcry:
