I'd love that since I'm from Rome but I have to say, the acustic of the Olimpico is shit!You only get to hear something properly when in the pit (been there for REM), but if you're sitting, you're miles away and can't hear ok, at least that's what I experienced myself. Maybe San Siro is better from that point of view?

I was just wondering, in more than 1 performance, at the end o f HLH Chris shouts "is there anybody out there?can you hear me? I can't hear you..." and stuff like that. now, noise-making elicitation aside, do you think this is may be connected to the album theme?like the need to communicate but the isolation feeling (being moved to mars, oppressed by Major Minus' regime...). I don't know if it is just me who noticed that and came up with these thoughts!

I'm liking this song, really, but probably I'll need to listen to it and feel it more "mine" in order to appreciate it in all its beauty. I think it's fun how everyone says "it's parachute-ish", it's "a rush-ish", it's "x&y-ish"...simply, it's Coldplay, all their music and all thei different vibes are in them, they just evolve, but they have all their magics with them all the time!

I love all this theories and speculations :D though the interpretation ofMajor Minus I have made is not media-related. I always felt this was the "grown-up" version of Spies, with this constant terror of being controlled and manipulated by someone else, with this constant feeling of suspicion, isolation and disconnection from the outside world...sort of a paranoid attitude. I remember Chris said the new album was about OCD, too, so maybe there could be some connection, too?
