Arrgghh I know, it's so hard! My university is totally out of money and they're cutting back all programs by 10%..a lot of people are now looking at 4 years to complete a 3 year degree. The province is already paying 90% of the university's costs, so it's kind of pathetic that we can't even pay 10%! :laugh3:

Don't trust the people who work in admissions, registration, or academic advising at Brandon University. They are unqualified and really have no idea what they are taking about. It's easier to figure things out on your own because they just fuck everything up. I learned that the hard way...now my whole transcript is a mess with AP transfer credits that I didn't want, nor did I need because even though they TOLD ME they would satisfy the pre-requisite, they don't. So now I can't register. Thank fuck I'm (hopefully) transferring to U of M.

Go to Minneapolis, it's a great city! Well, I've only been there once. But it was cool. And it's not that cold there! Where I live is colder, and I survive! :laugh3:

K so I just turned on my laptop, and the blue screen of death came up with the "Error...crash dumping memory...blahblahblah" message! This has happened to my laptop and my sister's laptop before but I honestly can't remember what happened or how we fixed it. I restarted and tried to skip through the error messages and the blue screen, and my computer seems to be running normally. Is the problem gone or do you think it's still lurking? :uhoh:

I'm definitely in favour of marriage, but I don't have a problem with people who are in a relationship and live together without being married. I just know that when I am in a serious relationship, I would really like to get married. I'm too old-fashioned and romantic not too. :P But I think it is something that needs to be taken seriously; if a young couple gets married just for the "fun of it", and to get attention and money (socials are massive where I live. I think they're ridiculous), I don't agree. They'll probably be divorced a year later, and that is more trouble than any of it was worth. Marriage should be a comittment, not something that people do just for the sake of doing it. :shrug:

I can usually concentrate if it's only instrumental...but if there are lyrics, I start paying attention to that instead of my notes. :disappointed:
