exactly, i wanna put this in a way that people can understand but its soooo hard, they just have incredible melodies and lyrics and the music has so much emotion in it, but i couldnt be obsessed with oasis like i am with coldplay because coldplay are just the nicest people ever. they see the world in such a beautiful way and express it in theyre music. Liam gallagher or however u spell it, on the other hand, is a jerk and thats y i could never be obsessed with him.

exactly how i think about it but btw, just because it has a viva feel to it doesnt mean it cant end up on the LP5, i mean famous old painters was finished before the viva era even started and they still considered it to be on the LP5!

gesse, piece of advice: if u want an honest answer and not people screaming "die newbzzz!" then dont go to the lounge but the whole album of X&Y was dedicated to bruce paltrow (amongst others) and im almost positive ive heard chris say that song was specifically written because of his death, (he even wrote it using bruce's organ piano) so i hope that answered ur question
