  1. alright  congrats on winning as Biggest Jonny fan
  2. Coldplay day? I did not know there was a Coldplay day :uhoh: March 2 is Chris's b-day, I think  so I don't think that means it's Coldplay day. Maybe you mean January 6th, when they made the band plan (it's on their timeline at coldplay.com) Otherwise, I don't know what you mean.
  3. He won't even look at Chris while he holds the sign
  4. I have heard more of him from people hating him than from actual fans
  5. True! I'm so glad he's there doing some quality control. I'd love to see Will's face when reading some of the lyrics Chris writes
  6. laga replied to MancakesTheBand's topic in Coldplay
I don't listen to the radio that much to be honest, but the songs that I have heard in the last few months were these: -Clocks -Trouble and The Scientist (both are very popular here and until very recently they were used on TV everytime something sad happened or when making videos of "memories" ) -Violet Hill -Viva La Vida -White Shadows -Speed of Sound -Talk -Fix You the last one I heard was Christmas Lights. Edit: those above are only the ones I heard recently, but I'm sure songs like Yellow, LiT ii, GPASUYF and Shiver have had airplay sometime.
  7. Death and All His Friends Strawberry Swing Cemetries of London Life in Technicolor ii Lovers in Japan :)
  8. Japan promo CD
  9. I don't know the answer :anxious:  Anyways, it's a way of getting one of those rare CD's of Christmas Lights :awesome: I hope the one who wins it is a coldplayer so we can see the pictures of it, I'm very intrigued about the artwork.
  10. Oh :surprised: congrats!!! it's lovely of them :wacky:
  11. A concept album. It sounds interesting, but it makes me more anxious because it makes me think that if I don't like the concept, I won't like the whole album :anxious:. I hope that's not the case. Although, what they said about two people that meet and are together in difficult situation sounds good. I loved the bit about the lyrics  thanks God Will and Guy are there, then :P
  12. I don't really know what the exact incident was that prompted the creation of this thread, but yes, some fangirls react badly to criticism. However, that talks more about maturity than being just a fangirl, I guess. I really consider myself a Coldplay fan and even I sometimes go  at things people say or post. It also has to do with how the criticism was done. Again, I don't know what happened, but some people are also disrespectful when criticising. You may not like the band and I'm fine with it, people don't have to agree on everything, but there's a difference if someone says they don't like something and people just making sarcastic comments and telling others their taste in music is wrong. This go both ways cause I have also seen Coldplay fans telling the exact same thing to people who did not like them. It depends on the person, I guess. There are irrational people everywhere, but fortunately there's also respectful people. I know you guys might not even go over the Coldplay section, but lots of people are doing pretty much what people do here. Not everyone, and not in all the threads, but sometimes they're just having fun with their friends. I get that there's a lot of "oh, he's so hot" talk and if that's the only thing you get it does get pretty tiring, but many people are not like that. They will post on silly threads and stuff, God knows I spent quite some time on the Buckland thread talking nonsense with my friends, but many people will also post on serious threads and talk about music and participate in serious debates about something. It all depends on the person I guess.
  13. That is how I feel too. What I don't like is when people start disrespecting each other. If you love the band, if you like the band or even if you hate it you should be able to express your opinion without being mocked or attacked. Especially if you do it in a respectful way. Most people come here just to have fun and talk with friends (Coldplay related or not), we all should be able to do that without tearing our hairs out because we disagree on something.
  14. Fine, don't continue it :P
  15. Imagine if that pen was your pen and then, he return it to you :stunned:
