Well.. I should've studied or washed my hair or watched some GoT episodes, but here I am! :dozey: Thanks everyone for the new gifs! My stupid mobile wouldn't load them, so I pretended to forget all the things I had to do and took my laptop :D It was all but a waste of time :dead:

Yesterday, while studying in my bedroom, suddenly my mum burst in with this little chubby smiling child I'd never seen before and told him: "Give her a kiss, won't you?"... And I was like "who the hell is this" but he looked so happy and gave me two kisses on the cheeks... Then my mother said: "His name is Jonny! He's not even shy!" while he kept smiling, and I just awwweeed :wacky: Later on he noticed my Coldplay calendar hanging on my bedroom's door and asked me who those people were. "They're my favourite band! Look, this one playing guitar's called Jonny like you!"... Then, as I was getting ready to go out, I saw him run on and off in the corridor to often stop facing the calendar and stare at it, pointing at Jonny :lol: It was so funny. He's basically the son of my dad's friend who'd come for a visit. I almost fell in love with that child, haha (and I don't go crazy for children)... I think he had brown-green eyes too. A little Jonny :D

ITALY!!! They don't come here often enough, and it's been since 2009 that they've only set a single Italian date for each tour. It's not enough!!! The number of fans keeps increasing dramatically and it's been getting harder and harder to find tickets... In 2012 I (just like many other Italians) had to go to Nice (France) by bus to have a chance to see them, because Turin was already sold-out 10 minutes after the sales began. Please Coldplay, you've got to plan AT LEAST 2 DATES: add to the usual one in the north at least another in the centre or south; for instance, it's been ages since you played in Rome (you would fill the Olympic Stadium so effortlessly!), but you could as well play in Naples, or return to Bologna, or... Why not, Pescara, my town :D We have a nice stadium and an airport too. Anyway... Come wherever you want, just not for a single gig only!

Yesterday I was at a birthday party in a café which had some televisions set on a pop music channel. Among the songs that came on there was A Sky Full Of Stars too. When it began, some of my friends who know my obs.. *cough* fondness for Coldplay beckoned to me, saying they had never seen the video before, and asked me what it was about. So I explained them how all Ghost Stories' lyrics were inspired from Chris's break up, how ASFOS expresses how he still loves her unconditionally, notwithstanding the pain... (I did not extend the explanation to the matter of unconditional love for the universe and all good/bad events happening in life, it would've been too long.) Then I translated some of the most meaningful lyrics to them, and as I did... I shivered and felt tears struggling to pour out. I fought them back, though. But it was so unexpected and strange because I wasn't feeling sad or thinking of how sorrowful Chris must have been as he wrote... I was plainly translating, in a blank tone too. And what was even stranger was that... When I finished, both of my friends who'd listened told me they'd shivered as well. Maybe it's because only when you speak your mother tongue you do actually feel the meaningfulness of the words you're saying... Still, I wasn't concentrating on their powerfulness, only on how to translate them... :shrug:

THIS! I've been trying to get tickets for a friend of mine but nothing, they were never available... Still trying anyway.

I would be truly independent, studying in some great (probably British) university... I would be able to speak many foreign languages. I'd be able to travel every now and then with him. Or with my friends. And I would have a beautiful digital piano. Not that I would mind a grand piano :P
