I voted no too, knowing most of the songs kinda ruined the mysteriousness of the album. I dunno if that's a word, but yeah you get what I mean.

See You Soon always gets me, that's why I barely ever listen to it even though I want to. Nothing on MX made me cry though, Us Against The World made me a bit sad though, dunno why. :( Oh and Life Is For Living at Glastonbury this year made me cry, I was overcome by its brilliance.

I gave it a 7. It definitely is more lively than their other stuff and I loved Up With The Birds most. I suppose other songs will have to grow on me, but I feel the songs that I'd already heard over the summer like Hurts Like Heaven and Charlie Brown are the best and are amongst my favorites. :) Still an incredibly great album, if a little too over-produced on some songs.

That's what I was thinking. I just don't think that if one of them confessed to taking drugs or whatever, the rest of the band would say 'Right, you're out, goodbye.' Btw, I LOOOOOVE your sig! :D

Yeah, it's for the UK only, so I don't know how they split their profits over in the US. I suppose they all agree to the percentage and I know Chris is the main person in the band who comes up with all the music and lyrics, it's just that they've always sort of said that all their profits are always shared equally in the band. :thinking: I don't really mind, as long as there are no arguments or fights over who gets how much and whatnot.

You know I just checked the PRS for Music and it says that Chris gets 19% while Will, Jonny and Guy are getting 9.5% They always got 12.5% each. It's rather strange to be honest :confused:

I listened to PoC for the first time today, and I can honestly say I can't even remember the melody at all. I'm scared of playing it again. :P

Okay, I succumbed and listened to PoC. My first impression is that it doesn't even sound like a Coldplay song. It's just sort of average and overproduced and ...bleugh. I don't know, I hope it grows on me though :confused:

To those of you who have listened to PoC, can you hear Rihanna a lot in it, does she actually sing a verse or just sings 'oooohs and 'ahhhhhs' and stuff ??

I am really tempted to go and listen, but I wanna actually listen to it for the first time on CD. HELP MEEEEEEE! :rolleyes5:
