I love long albums, and X&Y was my favorite so I'm feeling great about this! I also love concept albums, and this looks lke it's shaping up to be one!

Some one may have already posted this, but ETIAW was first released without a b-side and then later released with 2. If this has no b-side that's probally what they'll do.

I respectfully disagree. I think Coldplay is a fine example of a modern day Beatles. That's one of the many reasons they're so awesome!:artist::sultan::toff::sombrero:

I'm an advocate for the title being DLIBYH and not an acronym. Once people started guessing the title I thought it would be funny for us just to be over thinking it!

I read a quote by Adam Levine, the guy from Maroon 5 "When a healthy percentage of your fans hate your "New Direction" I can't help but think we're doing something right." So true. I am a big Beatles fan and when Sgt. Pepper, now widely regarded as the best album ever made, was released it was met with much criticism and many complained about their "new sound". Obviously though those people soon faded away into oblivion.

That'd be cool if the back of the album was just wall of graffiti and the tracks were hidden in it

This is really good. I really like the acoustic guitar part. I think it would sound nice with a simple bass line (like GUy's in UATW) but that's just me. It's your song. Good job!

I think it's like Tommy and Mylo Xyloto is a name. It is apparentally a concept album after all.

The name alien radio has always appealed to me. I can sence it's gonna be a great song. Sounds very pirate radio and guitary.

I honestly think Noel and Coldplay have some of the best lyrics out there (even if they take alot of heat around here). They might not always nessesarily be stories like Bob Dylan's lyrics, but they work better on an emotional level. I think people need to understand that there's more then one way to do these things.

For all we know it could be, especially since the Oracle said what we heard was just a shorted intro of Mylo Xyloto.

I hope they collaberate on something! I know they played live before and it was fantastic. Noel gets along with Coldplay, so I really hope they write some music together.

I actually get Rolling Stone and I have come to notice that their reviews are sub-par. They never give anything more than 3 stars and some of the critics pick clear favorites. Actually, most of the magazine is about TV and not music. for Rolling stone a 2.5/5 is pretty much average. Honestly though I never go by reveiws, I like what I want to like.

I think the album will have a hidden track too, just like all the other albums. (Amsterdam isn't really a hidden track per-say but it's got alot of space before it so I've always sort of qualified it.)
