This album is excellent! Especially EOTR, those vocals are amazing! Stop the Clock's crazy end is one of the best things his done as well!

I doubt UFO would be the single if it is 'acoustic' like it has been said it is- it's also very short, so it probably won't be. I'll stand corrected if it is though!

This Isn't Everything You Are is as awesome as I expected! I do like the horn flourishes in the song, as well as the guitar sounds in the end. Traditional SP sound, but with little touches that make it better that what it would've been in the Eyes Open/AHMS era. Love it!

Probably my three favourite this year are "Nine Types of Light" by TV on the Radio, "Helplessness Blues" by Fleet Foxes and "The Whole Love" by Wilco. It was the first Wilco album I've heard, and I loved it! I'll have to unearth their backlog now, which includes some classics! Can't wait!

Saying "it's your own fault" is a bit harsh- sure, he could have avoided the songs, but he's just being a Coldplay fan by listening to them, so I don't really blame him. You can't really say listening to the songs is a "mistake", either. He's got to enjoy the songs for longer, and that's not necessarily a bad thing! Here's another way of looking at it- you've heard the songs, so many of them will already have grown on you (hopefully). This'll mean the album as a whole will have a sense of familiarity, meaning it'll hopefully grow on you and become a favourite album quicker! Hopefully, at least that's what I want to happen!

Yeah, I seriously think Fallen Empires (the song) is one of their most complete/fully realised songs ever, it's amazing! And if "This Isn't Everything You Are" is their safe, inevitable single, I'm happy- it does more than "Chasing Cars" and other lesser singles could ever do!

Breaking Bad! Best show on TV, keeps getting better!
