Phil said that there will be a DVD for this era and they plan to release it later this year. Perhaps November or December.

4.5 Million is good enough (in fact more than enough) for an album that had received a lot of negative feedback from the critics. (and I'm not one of them for sure... I definitely love the album^^). In the meantime, I'm looking forward to their MXtour to further boost the sales as you said. yeah baby, " I feel my heart start beating to my favourite song" I know... "good things will come in our way." And for those who lost their patience because of the lack of promotion for Charlie Brown or the rest of the album for the past two months or because of the lack of news or the hunger for an MX EP, "pour some water on":lol:

The guys are having their break so I don't worry that much. I know that something will come once they're on their feet again. As for the album, sorry but I'm into it really. I really enjoy its upbeat tone. BTW, I'm still expecting an EP for this era.

Charlie Brown's status is pretty much the same as my fave VLV song "Strawberry Swing". That's a really great song but it didn't get so much attention. It was overshadowed by Viva la Vida. Isn't it that Paradise hit no.1? And people who are not a fan of Coldplay will prefer Paradise over CB. That hurts but it is the truth. Well, now we'll be having PoC... I just hope it will do well to boost the albums sales more.

nice powerful song but not so memorable as their hit singles such as Clocks, In My Place and The Scientist. You know, there are really a lot of Coldplay songs that are so underrated. Take Politik yes, and also Amsterdam and Warning Sign

hi ^^ I'm Erwin. Nice to meet you [here] fellow Coldplayer. You know, I've been spreading their greatness even at school and I managed to influence most of my classmates. Today, they all now listen to Coldplay's music. It feels great.

I'm looking for a good TV show to watch when suddenly I heard something familiar from a beauty pageant that was being aired at the TV. And the show is playing MX songs such as Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall, UFO, Don't Let it Break your Heart, Up With The Birds and VLV's Lost? to introduce the contestants.!!! Its weird and an unusual pick for me but I feel proud!!!:o:P (Date: April 9)

^ True. Remember when Will said in an interview that they need to demand the best from their selves and continue to invent new stuffs and sounds. Chris also said that people had already made up their mind of what Coldplay's musical style is so they tried something different this time. That's why they chose a title that has no meaning at all in the first place. That's something fresh :cool:

MX is a masterpiece. It's just underrated and misunderstood:dozey:

My Ranking: 1.Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall- This relentless and upbeat song always makes my day. 10/10 2.Don't Let It Break Your Heart- The festive beat matches the song's cry of hope that any pain or trouble should not let you down. 9.7/10 3.Charlie Brown- The intro riff is epic. 9.4/10 4.U.F.O.- For someone who feels lost and has no direction. Short but Sweet. 9/10 5.Paradise- Love the pop beat and heavy bass. 8.7/10 6.Hurts Like Heaven- Full of energy and is a nice opening track for a very colourful album. 8.7/10 7.Up With The Birds- Love the the second part (esp. the lyrics: "good things will come in our way." 8.5/10 8.Us Against The World- I like the smooth acoustic sound like that of UFO. 8.5/10 9.Up In Flames- the stark piano mixed with electro beat is truly a unique blend of Coldplay. I also love the ending of the song:"could we pour some water on." 8.4/10 10.Princess Of China- The heavy synths have powered up the duet of Chris and Rihanna. 8.2/10 11.Moving To Mars - Emotions burst throughout the entire song. 8.0/10 12.Major Minus- The dark and villainous character thing emphasizes the lyrics of the song. 7.7/10
