I'm so conflicted. I've already upgraded 1x, but now I see seats in section 118. I'm tempted to exchange and get an extra ticket for my 16 yr old son. Can you please take a look at the chart and tell me what you think of section 118, row W? It seems to be way to the side, all be it at the same level as the stage. 203 is far but at least I'll be facing the band. What do you think?

Can you rip it from the Live 2003 DVD? I'm going to try to do it later today and see if it works.

You might want to ask the oracle. Life Is For Living was the hidden track on Parachutes. As far as I know, it wasn't released as a single or included in the Live 2003 CD or DVD. So I'm not sure what you're asking. I love that track as well but all I got are different versions of their live appearances. I don't know that they have another release out there of any kind.

In my opinion, a true Coldplay fan doesn't just like them for their music, he (she) also likes their personalities, understands what the band is trying to accomplish. He (she) can criticize them, but will never desert them. This is my opinion of course, which is all I can offer.

It reminds me a bit of Robert Downey Jr telling Gwyneth about The Iron Man, don't you want to be in a movie people actually see? Her answer was yes, and look how it turned out for her. Chris has stated several times that he wants Coldplay music exposed to a wider audience. He's talked about tribalism in music. Like Rihanna or hate her, she's very popular pop singer. Coldplay wrote PoC with her in mind, clearly wanting to capture her audience. I really don't care for Rihanna's music, but I have to admit she's done a really good job with PoC. We can debate this until we're blue in the face, the band has chosen the direction in which they feel they can grow as artists and musicians. A true Coldplay fan will never desert them. MX isn't my favorite Coldplay album. The experiment we did recently on another thread actually revealed to me that it's equal 3rd with Parachutes, Behind AROBTT, X&Y, and Viva. Equally, I was at a Festival this past September and I didn't care which song they played, I sang every single one of them, old and new. Just to see Chris and the band in front of me, seeing how hard they try was good enough for me. So for as long as I live and as long I can afford it, I'll go to concerts (already have my ticket for July) and will always their albums. Going on the X Factor turned out be not such a bad thing. It actually did the band lots of good. Perhaps performing with Rihanna at the Grammys will have the same efffect, which is what the band really wants. Even though Adele is the better singer, had I been given the power to choose a duet partner for Coldplay between she and Rihanna, I'd go for the latter in heartbeat. I mean, can you imagine screaming Adele next to Coldplay's Chris? It simply wouldn't work.

It's his own fault. Shouldn't he be pulling those instead of carrying them? There's a reason they have rollers.

Exactly! Adele is a wonderful singer in her own rights. She's definitely got pipes. But a duet with soft singing Chris Martin? That wouldn't do Coldplay any good.

This is a fan video at the end of Paris, Bercy concert back on 12/14/11. Fans are taking pictures with Chris, then as he's getting in the car to leave, somebody notices Gwyneth in the car, so she yells Gwyneth ( in a French accent), so everyone starts to yell her name. Funny you should ask. Yesterday I was listening to this interview of Jonny and Chris with Lamacq and Jonny was saying he only owns 1 hat a time and wears it until his wife starts complaining about the smell. I thought to myself that I could bring Jonny a hat when I go see the band on July 2nd. Other than that, my other gift to myself in the band's honor is that I have started a 6 months workout project. I workout 2 hrs/day, 6 days/week, listening to only Coldplay music and interviews. I want to look very fit and cute if I ever have a chance of taking a picture with the band in July.
