POC has a better shot at getting that No.1 once they play it live with Rihanna at Brit Awards, but the idea of Charlie brown reaching No.1 on the UK charts is also lovely:D They might get 3 No.1s in a row, which is very unlikely, but who knows

Come on, the boys are not copycats. They are a world-famous band. They know everything they put out will be placed under the spotlight. If they'd wanted that part of the Vietnamese song in one of their own, they would have asked and given credit to that attention-seeking bitch. Sometimes you just come up with a note, and the next one just follows up naturally. Despite the similarity, I don't think it has anything to do with plagiarism.

POC is actually not bad. The fact is that Chris should've done it alone and gone another direction with the production. It creeps me out eveytime i hear the electronic background sound :angry:

They will definitely play Charlie Brown on X-Factor. Since it's a strong single, it will probably have a good effect and help the Christmas sales, which is why they rush to release the cd single on 12th despite the fact that Paradise is climbing high on itunes.

far as im concerned, coldplay is the second biggest english-speaking band in china. linkin's got the largest fanbase. not sure about recent years especially after the major flop with their latest effort, 'a thousand suns'. anyway, coldplay's still growing. since the chinese music industry has become a cliche, chinese people listen to more english songs now.

less than 30k for tuesday? thats as not many as a coldplay album should sell :cry: can it hit 350k by the end of the week?:confused:

used to think it would be charlie brown/ hurts like heaven. after a couple of listens, i think it will be up with the birds:)

i think it will be their biggest opening week. for last album, they sold 350k in uk and japan in the 1st week. and the second week was about 1600k. i think the first week will be 1800k something
